As we dominated them in the first match 5-0, they started to glitch in the other games, and they resolved by glitching to beat us 5-0 every game, and we had no chance in killing them, they obviously thought it would be funny to make a complaint about rascially abuse, when its not true, when they know they cheated as it was quite stated everyone in our match was shocked and left at the 4th match.

i hope something is done about this, because cheaters have no place to be, its pathetic !

We do take all acccusations of cheating very seriously as previously stated with reference to this game. Do you have any proof? (ie screenshots, video footage). Unfortunately, unless there is any evidence, there is little we can do about it as there is no online checking of games with GoW.

I have asked for proof or further details from both teams and as at this moment all we have is an accusation and a denial. MatchBox360 recommend all games are recorded or screen shots provided in the event of cheating.

Ok, so what will happen when nobody has any proof, which is quite true , i reckon none of the 2 teams have screenshots or proof, because we were as bad as each other but cheating is beyond bad, as the rules are stated clearly and they obviously disobeyed them but its my word against theres so, i wonder what will happen, and when it will be dropped?

Also its pathetic they way they rush into the forums saying they were abused, they wouldny have got any abuse if they didnt start cheating so that states the fact, plus we were up 5-0 on the first game , so basically it all adds up to them the ones starting it.

Yeah I have absolute full sympathy for your situation Gary.

I will be recommending that their opposition is aware of this accusation n will advise them to record the games. I'm sure you can understand my situation, but without proof there is nothin I can do...if I acted upon this every team could potentially accuse other teams of cheating in order to get a replay.

All I can offer you at this time is that if a team drops out then you will be first on the reserve list n I can only apologise for the behaviour of other teams.

i know what your saying yeah, but im just really angry that the fact we basically got cheated, but as u said i hope they drop out or loose badly, and i'd like to see the score with true console ghosts and fh, see what there really like when the team knows they cheat, but as you said, "if I acted upon this every team could potentially accuse other teams of cheating in order to get a replay." what proof did they give you of us giving them abuse? to be honest i thought a re-match with a mod in it would have been fair, but justice has been done. thanks

I havent received any proof or acted upon the accusation that you abused them...you admitted it yourself n have explained your reasons why. I would be angry myself n no action will be taken against you...but similarly I cant sanction a replay for this fixture. I wish there were more tools available online for me to takle action on this. We only lost the first map since we haven't trained rooftops. FHC loves competitive gaming and doesn't practice lotto noskillz maps like rooftops. In your other map, Mansion, we were all fire and brimstone since it's a competitive map and we have been training on it. We still only won it like 5-3 or 5-2 since the other team was from scotland, so it lagged a bit for us finnish players - as obviously our server lagged a bit for them too, it just cannot be helped since we live so far away.

FHC has also taken these accusations wery seriously. We will now withdraw from the tournament, since our members don't want to play in this tournament anymore. I would've wanted to continue, but I can't really blame them. We are not the first finnish team to get this kind of crap in a matchbox tournament. Our good friends from Too Easy Man clan and a member of FHC, JukkisP, formed a team for RS:V tournament here in matchbox by the name Citizen. In the first round they received a lot of complaints from cheating and they were also offended about their nationality and such. I don't know if the opposing team made a formal complaint about cheating, but atleast they accused team Citizen about cheating when the match was still being played. In the second round team Citizen won their match 3-0, but the opponents claim that THEY won the ****ing match 3-0. Since Citizen has no way of proving they won the match, as we have no way of proving we didn't cheat, we have to take a lot of ****.

Let me tell you guys something about FHC and Too Easy Man clans. FHC is the most succesful Halo 2 clan in Finland. FHC is also currently playing in a finnish GoW tournament and is two matches away from being the best in finland. We've won such clans as Invalid Mob in both Halo 2 and GoW. If you have played against iMob in GoW you know how good they are, and we still beat them. While playing against finnish clans we have NEVER received any complaints about cheating or anything like that, we have won all our matches LEGIT. FHC is a strong supporter of competitive playing and we're pretty good at it too.

Too Easy Man on the other hand has proven to be the best nordic GRAW clan in a tournament held by livegamers. The nordic championship tournament was promoted by ubisoft itself and had pariticipants from all over northern europe. Too Easy Man proved to be the best with their amazing team play, tactics and player skills. Too Easy Man is also currently playing in a finnish RS:V tournament and they are most propably going to win it since they are simply a great team. Too Easy Man combined with JukkisP from FHC is most definitely one of the best RS:V teams in europe, but when sore british losers complain about them cheating the tournament arrangers ammedietly take it into investigation.

We are two great finnish clans and good in all the competitive games we dedicate ourselves for. It's too ****ing bad that the brits seem to be such bad losers, I guess they feel it's ok for them to lie their way forward in tournaments. Maybe matchbox shouldn't allow teams outside UK at all, since brits can't seem to take teams from other countries seriously at all.

You can let the sore losers play against TCG instead of us, we've had enough.


Edit: Oh yeah, I don't know if you ****ing noobies knew this, but there is no glitch in GoW that would give any team invinsibility. The opponents complain that they couldn't win us becouse of glitching? Whitch ****ing glitch would that be? Lets see... There's roadie run gunning, fast weapon pickup, long jump, chainsaw yourself, and chainsaw an opponent without killing him. HOW THE HELL COULD WE NOT BE BEATEN IF WE WERE ABUSING SUCH CRAPPY GLITCHES? They're no ****ing use at all. We won becouse we're young, skilled and dedicated. We don't need to cheat to win a bunch of old noskill players like yourself.

It is in Matchbox360's rights as tournament officials (being it is their tournament in the first place) to investigate every and all accusations of cheating or what have you to ensure the tournament is run fairly and any problems dealt with accordingly.

Also watch your language dude. Swearing doesn't do you any favors as I'm sure the MB360 staff will tell you. Please keep it civil espeically when your trying to make a point.


On another note, you can glitch through walls so people cannot shoot you. I have witnessed this a number of times on the map Clocktower alone. One glitch that FHC was accused of using.

So with that I would like to make a challenge to FHC.

If you do not get to play either of the Kill3rHertZ divisions Om3rta and Om3ga, then I will contact you after the tournament has finished to arrange a game between our clans.

I dont see the point in people cheating their way to the top of the leaderboards or cheat to win tournemants, that is cheap and shows how bad you really are.

MatchBox360 investigates all allegations of cheating no matter where you come from. We have opened our events to and welcome teams from Europe, so please do not attempt to portray this as an attack on players from Finland or any other European country.

Whatever you do on other websites or online events has no bearing on MatchBox360 competitions, and I'm sure you understand that we need to judge each case of alleged cheating on an individual basis. As such you were contacted immediately by myself informing you of these allegations as soon as details were received.

In this instance, no evidence has been provided to support the allegations and therefore we are happy for you to progress in the tournament. We request all teams (including yourselves) to record games or provide evidence of cheating to substantiate claims of glitches or cheating, and that is no way an attack on FHC.

It is completely yours and your teams perogative if you wish to withdraw from the competition, however I personally believe it would be a very immature reaction to an unfounded accusation of cheating. It is completely upto your discretion if you wish to withdraw however MatchBox360 are happy for you to continue. Please advise me of your status asap. :cool:

My team just has had enough of this. It's not like you could really rationalize this by yourself. You live in GB as the tournament arrangers and you guys have the same national language. It's pretty ****ed up that we're not the only finnish team taking a lot of **** at matchbox tournaments.

I have never even seen this (no, I don't play ranked matches) glitch and we didn't play clocktower. The only glitch I have ever even tried is the weapon slide since it's so easy. I know this is pretty same for my teammates too. I'm pretty sure we didn't use any glitches even accidentally, since my teammates would've informed me if they had. It's just complete and utter bullshit.

This sounds good, but I'd like to discuss some rule changes for that match. If you're a fan of competitive playing, then I'm sure you already guessed we'd like to play with MLG settings. Also, the one that wins the most rounds should host the last map if there should be a tie after both teams's maps have been played.

We didn't want to make this tournament so gad damn serious. The rules of this tournament aren't too competitive so we just wanted to play for fun, but in the end fun was pretty far from it.

Anyways, I think this thread is now a few weeks old and there is no real point in it any more, therefore I'm closing it.

I'd just like to add that I am shocked and disappointed at the amount of teams that have accused others of cheating, the arguments that have been going on and the general showing of bad sportsmanship. Every week seemed to bring new problems and arguments.
