Is it just me or is Tarentino the master of cinematic coolness?

Gangsters in sunglasses and dinner jackets, Samuel L Jackson and all that witty almost natural dialogue.

What about Robert Rodriguez the guy behind Spy Kids and other low budget block busters like once upon a time in Mexico?

What if they were to team up?

Grindhouse is a double feature that will almost certainly get an 18 certificate. Rodriguez provides the horror and Tarentino the slasher.

Staring Harvey Kartel (Winston in Pulp Fiction / Mr White resevoir dogs)

A must see?

Well Tarintino and Rodriguez worked together on Sin city. So they knew each other and both directed a B-movie genre film to be put together. But a 2 hour B movie would flop (see snakes on plane) so 2 B movies put together for 2 hours might do alright.

I think it's styled like a B movie, the budget is obviously high though look at the trailer.

Rodriguez is the king of making use of a very cheap budget, that why hollywood hates him so much.

Tarentino the master of cinematic coolness?

Word.

He has brought us many of the best films ever. You only have to look at imdb.com to 250 films:

8. Pulp fiction
63. Resivoir dogs
96. kill bill vol 1
124.Kill bill vol 2

and this is not mentioning others like Jackie brown and his influence and help in other projects, like true romance, NBK, The ring, Dust till dawn.

To conclude the guy is a genuis and a master, yet everyone hates him, underated!

Tarintino to direct the next James bond film FTW!

Grindhouse is defitnely on my to see list. Really cant wait.

P.s grad i have something for you when i get home.
