The Call of Duty 4 2v2 Final fixture must be played & result reported by Sunday 23rd November (default time 8pm).

You are to play a best of 5 map series as specified in the Call of Duty 4 2v2 Sabotage Rules (http://matchbox360.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=7472).

The Final fixture is as follows:
TI.Old School vs dignitas Dub360

Please arrange your fixtures stating your chosen maps in the following format:

TEAM NAME:
TEAM CAPTAIN:
EMAIL or MSN:
FIXTURE VS: (State team you are playing)
MAP1: (non-host team to choose maps)
MAP2:
MAP3: (if applicable)


Please post your Call of Duty 4 Final Result using the following format:

TEAM NAMES: (ie team1 vs team2)
WINNING TEAM: please state
RESULT: (ie 3-1 or 3-0)
MAP1: (please state map used and score)
MAP2: (please state map used and score)
MAP3: (please state map used and score)
MAP4: (please state map used and score)

COMMENTS:

Please note:

The winning team will be crowned Champions.
The losing team will be eliminated and place 2nd.

We would appreciate it if all teams concerned play with good sportsmanship and refrain from the use of any glitches or cheats. Should you believe the opposition has cheated in anyway, then you must supply clear evidence so MatchBox360 admin can take the appropriate action.

Any team found fielding non-registered players is in breach of the MatchBox360 rules and will subsequently be disqualified. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure opponents only play with fully registered team mates. As such, please supply evidence (screen shot or game links) to prove any use of illegal players.

if its not been stated i guess not, wardy and crazy didnt get a 2nd life against us as it wasnt stated so i guess it wouldnt be fair on them.

Yes you do mate. Game simply expands to best of 11 as per standard double elimination rules.

mate we wanted to play this yesterday or tonight or 2moz, they are saying they wont play until after xl6. but we aint playing cod4 after xl6 at all. i will be going away then when i get back its cod 5. i want this played before xl6. dan or u4ea ur both on tonight all night we need to get this played

boys can we please play this tonight or tomorrow, as me and rumsey aint going till friday. i have already spoke to u4ea about forfeitting and he seems more than happy to do so for some reason so dan it really is down to u so please contact me

Shame that we got pissed about by Intel regarding the 4v4 otherwise this would have been done weeks ago.

sorry intel are not my problem and weve asked u all week. guess it means u have to forfeit or get someone else to play us as this is bs and you could of easily played the other game but instead said u needed to skrim rather than a 2 vs 2. pick ure priorities u ****ed it for ureself really this time

I'm not going to award a default win in a final, so if both teams cant agree a time then its simply void and the result will remain undecided. If TI forfeit then dignitas will be awarded the win.

not really and kon tbf before XL when both teams could of played and you did say that they should play it otherwise they forfeit and now your going back on your decision mate. why should it be void when we tried getting it played?

The honest truth is that this tournament has been a pain in the arse since day one with teams not being able to arrange games within the deadlines, so I'm kind of past caring. I've never had a final end with a default loss and if this ends in me awarding a default loss then the whole thing has been a complete waste of time. Get it played in your own time and let me know if you can be bothered. On a more serious note...as 2 of the top COD teams you need to lead by example, so not getting this fixture played would explain a lot about why the COD community is pretty much a joke.

Sorry Kon but I've had other things on including XL, and we were only notified 3 days before the default time about who we were playing and the scheduled time etc.Also, if I'm being told on MSN by South that I've already forfeited, then I'm not going to pursue anything until I know I've not been.

In future it seems deadlines should be set and no changing of them.

Apparently being in a clan is seen as being a serious gamer yet you don't want to put the effort into playing the game? Kon's right, being the "top" clans you should set an example, that being a good one, not the bell-end one your cementing now.

I'm sorry sunshine but it takes two to tango. Seeing as the other team quit after XL there has been a negative chance to play it.

Before you jump in with ridiculous comments next time, consider keeping quiet. It's probabbly the better option for someone such as yourself.
