XL PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2008 RULES:

All players must be registered on PES Rankings (http://www.pesrankings.com/).
The MatchBox360 XL Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 tournament will follow a International/Club Cup format with group and knockout stages.
Players will be drawn at random into 4 groups with each player playing each other once. The top 4 players from each group will progress to the knockout stage.
Points will be awarded points in the group stages as follows:
Win: 3pts
Draw: 1pt
Lose: 0pts
Any club or national team allowed. You may choose any team you wish to use, but must remain with that team for the duration of the tournament.
Players may only make formation changes at the match time intervals.
Substitutions may only be made when the ball is out of play.
Players may bring their own formations on a memory card, but no further data (option files, etc) will be permitted.
The following settings will be used for all fixtures:
Camera Type:
Camera Type: Wide
Tailing Camera: Ball
Stadium Settings:
Stadium: Any
Time: Day
Season: Summer
Weather: Fine
General Settings:
Game Level: Top Player
Match Time: 10 minutes
Injuries: Yes
Condition: Normal (Green)
Ball Type: Any white ball
Rule Settings:
Match Type EX: No (Yes in knockout stage)
PK: No (Yes in knockout stage)
Max No. of Subs: 3 Players
Xbox 360 Controllers:
Any controller with turbo or wireless capabilities is not allowed to be used.
3rd party controllers with turbo, auto or macro functions are not allowed.
Keyboard & mouse adapters are not allowed.
Remember, WIRED 360 pads only.
Player Conduct:
While everyone enjoys a bit of banter and trash talk at a tournament, certain things will not be tolerated. Excessive abuse, swearing, discrimination, racism, throwing of any objects, etc will not be tolerated and may result in players being disqualified or removed from the venue at the referee's discretion.
