Fifa 09 Champions League: Group B Fixtures & Results

Please use this thread to arrange your MatchBox360 FIFA09: Champions League Group B fixtures and reports results accordingly.
You have until midnight Sunday 16th November to play all group fixtures.

You are to play each player in your group twice, a home fixture and an away fixture.

Note: It is not an aggregate scoreline in the group stage.

The host will set up the game and play as the home team.

The GROUP B players are as follows:

Please note: you must remain as the same team for the duration of the tournament.

The top 2 players from each group will progress to the knockout stage.

dani definatly deserved to go through its a shame but tbh vvv rock is low standard i beat him 8-0 on 2 legs in xleague man-u vs man u so it would be silly with arsenal no offence senna

I will try to repeat the matches with Lethal. I know that he beat me on the second game but with this general default by vVv the rock the classification might be "unfair". :S

It's not unfair. Lethal beat you in one game, and you drew the other.

There's a difference between 'deserving' to go through, and earning it. Unlucky though.

Lethal beat me because of his skill and also his lucky. Don't take me wrong m8's ( Skamz and Lethal ),I was not lucky .. I had shot hundred of balls on the post in various games, even on the game against Jedi .. I understand all of you, but for the dedication in the game I think I deserve a last chance and I thought it would be against vVv Rock =S.

Let lethal decide .. even though, Gaskin you are right ;) but let's see if I have one last chance.

Well there isn't going to be any re-match, the results have been decided. Even if you had of played The Rock, so would of Lethal, and he could of easily taken 6 points off him as you..

It's unfortunate you have gone out of what perhaps may have been a tough group, however there is always next tournament my friend. :cool:

What is unfair? Dani failed to beat Lethal, and drew with him. And also drew against Jedi..

Whereas Lethal got wins against Jedi, and beat Dani, and drew. Whereas both Dani and Lethal lost to Skamzz. How is it unfair that Lethal goes through? Even if Dani had beat The Rock twice, Lethal could have done the same and would have gone through anyway..

Think about it.

I was winning against Lethal and he only drew in the final minutes. He was lucky in both games and he knows that even if he says no.

I didn't drew with Jedi, I won the two games. The only player that was superior was Skamz, in the second game ! I was winning 2-1 and I should changed the formation to 5-2-3 .. but I didn't, he drew and then he won in counter attack, he deserved to win.

I understand you Gaskin, you have to follow the rules and you are right .. but with a Tournament having only prestigious as Final Prize I think it's a little unfair being eliminated like this, I wasn't lucky even on the games that I won ! Understand my point of view. I think I deserved a last chance, but no worries m8 .. I have already speak with lethal, he didn't accept the re-match .. he has his rights and I respect.

I will wait for the next tournament after XL, so GL for Skamz and Lethal !!!
One more time, aim for the cup Skamz ;) .. you have value for that !
