Hey. My name is Josh Tarrant and i am a long-time X360 player. I have been playing GoW, Fifa, Halo and CoD competitvly since the consoles releases. Around 4 months ago, my console died of a DVD drive fault and my gaming stopped. So i thought to myself, i'll give myself a break and focus on other things. Through-out the months, i have developed my managerial skills around teams. I managed a Call of Duty 4 team briefly for around a month and a half before the whole franchise broke down.
The current skills i obtain are -
Gaming experience
LAN experience
Good communication with players
Understanding of players needs
Knowledge of competetive games
My new xbox comes back in around a month and i will be jumping back into Halo 3. But i am seeking a built team to manage. I believe that i have the communication skills and personality to help and advance a team further.
