What programming are you using? Please upload the image to a hosting site so we can check it out.

If you are using Photoshop goto File > Save for Web.

ok the previews working now but now another problem - when i "save changes" goes onto blank

oh it not like the old forums when it updates your posts hehe

everything i've trid to upload (sig, avatar, pictures in general) have been too big, but i can always fix it later..... just too tired now i couldn't figure it out for the first 20 mins though, i kept trying and couldn't get it to work
edit: except for this avatar which i uploaded by acciadent!
