came across this fix for getting the achievements that have not unlocked for you yet and should have done.
it requires you to clear your cache on your hard derive which will remove all updates for all your games,
first you need to go to memory on ypor dashboard and select your hard drive then press Y,X,X,LB,RB,X,X AND THIS WILL GIVE YOU A PROMPT SAYING THIS WILL PERFOM MAINTAINENCE ON YOUR HARD DRIVE SELECT YES AND PREES A. load up the game and when it says there is a update for this game decline the update and proceed to load up your game. when the game loads you should get your achievements if not do one more required act to recieve your achievement hope this helps it did for me i will also be posting a video to make 1 billion in less than 2 hours.:D
