The Rainbow 6 Vegas 4v4 Team Survival 1st Round fixtures must be played & results reported by Sunday 18th February. The fixtures are as follows:

Due to the low number of teams registered a number of teams receive byes into the next round. Registration will remain open to allow for more teams to register in the next few days, & will be assigned fixtures accordingly.

Any team found fielding non-registered players is in breach of the MatchBox360 rules and will subsequently be disqualified. If you have less than 4 players registered to your team then you must update your team registration before playing otherwise you may only play with the players registered. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure opponents only play with fully registered team mates. As such, please supply evidence (screen shot or game links) to prove any use of illegal players.

To ensure your opponents only field registered players, please check the RB6 registered teams list on the RB6 4v4 Portal (http://www.matchbox360.co.uk/events/Rainbow+6+Vegas+-+Team+Survival+4v4).

If you have TBC as your fixture then you receive a bye to the next round unless another team signs up within the next couple of days.

Is there any chance of getting a short extension on the amount of time to play these fixtures (like another week) because, like i have said, so far nobody has played there match yet or at least haven't posted the result and its getting to be a bit of a challenge to arrange a time to play with my team alone, never mind with the opposition.

Yeah it looks like an extension will be granted to allow the new teams added to arrange n play their games. There are only 6 bye fixtures now as opposed to 11 the other day! :eek:

My apologies. There appears to have been a duplicate registration. As is stands "red hammers" still have a bye to the next round.

...and yes, all first round fixtures are drawn at random (however, a few fixtures had to be "tweaked" manually to avoid blank fixtures which would have resulted in byes in the later rounds of the competition).

Yes I do...DoW will play the winners of BAD COMPANY vs Operation Vice Recon.

edit: due to the number of byes in the first round, the fixtures for subsequent rounds will be played out in a straight knockout format with teams playing their respective opponents progressing in the top/bottom half of the draw.

who will be drawn as home team?

As a rule of thumb, winners of odd numbered first round fixtures (ie 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) will be drawn as the home team, and winners of even numbered first round fixtures will be drawn as the away team. This is purely to avoid any further byes in the forthcoming rounds n all teams actually play a fixture.

Therefore, DoW will play as the home team in round 2.

Failure to report or arrange games will results in the respective teams being eliminated from the competition. In the event on teams not responding to match arrangement requests, the active team will progress to the next round.

Round 2 fixtures will be made available on Monday 19th February and are to be completed by Sunday 25th February.
