if they dont post or attempt to arrange match then yes you get the win obviously if they have disbanded they should inform me which is what i have to wait upon to confirm they have disbanded, i am aware you have tried to arrange your fixture but as i said they need to inform me if they no longer wish to take part in this tournament :)
