Please use this thread to arrange your MatchBox360 FIFA08: World Cup Final and Third Place Playoff fixtures and report results accordingly.
You have until midnight SUNDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER to play your fixture.

You are to play your opponent twice as part of any one fixture alternating host accordingly.
The host will set up the game and play as the home team.

The Final fixture is as follows:

1. Exodus Klash vs eN W4RGAZM



And the Third Place Playoff is as follows:

2.Inferno Ren vs Silknarcissus



Please note: you must remain as the same team for the duration of the tournament.

Silk - I can play tomorrow in the evening (after 6 preferably) or now if you're online. I can also do Friday morning before 12 and evening after 6, and Saturday at any point before 3pm.

Really angry about that first match. Everything that is wrong with FIFA - lucky rebounds, players running through eachother, and defenders falling over eachother. Second game was just as bad, with a free kick going through the head of a player in the wall when I was 3-0 up and made it 3-1 (replays FTW) which totally ruined the game when I was dominating. Don't think either game reflects our true performances to be honest, it doesn't do either of us justice. Well played Silk, congratulations.

I played well first game, Renegade played well second game. Thats about it really. Credit where credit is due (very rare amongst fifa players) Renegade was the better player in the second game. Good games mate

I agree, you were better in the first game. I'm not annoyed with you mate, I'm annoyed with the game and me being quite naive in the first match. I left it too late to make enough of a difference, and credit to you, you took your chances and made me pay for any mistakes I made. I really enjoyed the game, just wish I could have got something but you deserved to hold on for it. I also think that players don't give eachother enough credit when they lose (sorry if I came across like that, I'm annoyed with myself and the game, not you mate) so fair play - you deserved third place and I was rightfully beaten tonight.

With that said, I really enjoyed the games tonight from everyone - I've always said, winning doesn't make players better, players only get better by losing! Everyone (bar the obvious) has been excellent in this tournament, and I hope you all come back for the next one!

My massive thanks and gratitude to all our players - without every single one of you, we wouldn't have a tournament. Win, lose or draw you all played a big big part in this tournament and hopefully will be back for many, many more. Thank you.

congratz to W4RGAZM for totally dominating this tournament. must be a hell of a player to win this tourny considering the amount of competition that was goin through this. so gratz

@ ReN - Im completly gutted that u nvr came 3rd (no lie) after seein how good u have got since the last tourny really u deserved to take the bronze LOL.

I'm disappointed in myself TBH - after getting stuffed in my semi final game I should have called it a night and played some other time. You know what it's like, some days it just isn't a good day to be playing, and the smart me would have realised that and not played. But never mind!
