Kon i won the fifa tournament, ive contacted you twice on my prizes and 2weeks after the second time my prizes have still not arrived, whats happening?

As I told you on email, I had a car crash recently meaning I currently do not have any transport so have been unable to source your shirt and game. I live in the middle of nowhere and I dont do public transport, so as soon as I am back on the road then you will get your prizes. Please be patient.

You could easily have sent an email which I always reply to rather than creating this thread btw.
