Meh it uses a DivX web player instead of flash but the video I watched had a bigger resolution than youtube videos and loaded faster! Nice Find.

Ha ha, it needs to be promoted as much as possible. Divx webplayer is solid, and the dimmer owns, not that you need it, since the res doesn't look like lego city in full screen.

Another thing of note is you can only upload divx videos to it. You could say this is a bad thing, but i wouldn't mind seeing the format become more widespread

Hmm, when installing the DivX web player, i got a load of warnings from my anti virus, and after i finally installed it i got loads of virus threats when i ran firefox :(.

The reason why these places dont gget noticed is because of te community, youtube has a huge one (although 99% of it is embarrasing to humanity) so there is new content all the time. If only the better sites liek this one could get a bigger community going.
youtube is a dumb and inadequate system for dumb and inadequate people, which unfortuantly there are a lto more of :(

it doesn't take ages to DL for me, the 1080p, MP3 surround sound Video was streaming for me. that says something. You have to bare in mind though it is in alpha, and there will be bugs/imperfections at the moment. It's crashed firefox a couple of times, but i'm not fussed, sometimes it is slow aswell, but I'm skeptical as to whether that stage6's fault or my connection's.
