View Full Version : PS3 Lan
Just came to mind i don't have a ps3 but ive played on one and i believe that in future it will get better then the 360 (im a 360 owner btw) but i was wondring do they get any lans or will u be intrested in setting a tournement next XL (like a mini tourney) ??
Can I just ask what list of games where you thinking of actually playing on the PS3?

The PS3 won't be better than the 360, purely because of Xbox Live. If Xbox Live wasn't as good is it is, Sony would have already won the console war. But yes, there should be PS3 events on Matchbox. Maybe that's what the overhaul is about?
@The DayC:
MotorStorm (1 and/or 2)
Resistance (1 and/or 2)
Killzone 2
MAG
Tekken 5
Soul Calibur 4
UT3
GT5 Prologue
The usual multiplats (PES, GH3, COD etc)

This has been discussed in another thread...seems Socom could be a good title to attract PS3 players but also depends on whether we can get consoles and support from Sony.

Well we've already got Halo, COD4 and GOW along with COD5 and GOW2 so I doubt resistance and killzone will have major turnout against 3 of the best shooters on the market.
Soul Caliber 4, UT3, PES, GH3 and any other multiplatform releases can be done on already existing Xbox360 consoles, how hard is it to adapt your play style from the guitar on the PS3 to the same guitar on the xbox360.
GT5 would be a good idea alonside Tekken 5, socom (like Kon said) and probably MGS Online (if it does LAN that is I have no idea) which I would personally like to see there as it does look fantastic.
Ok cool kon what if people volenteerd (spelling :( ) to bring there ps3s ? and i agree ive herd Socom sounds like a favourite

BYOC (bring your own console) is a very contentious issue for consoles tbh...however we do have plans to possibly implement it in future.
awesome kon and i have to say the new site is awesome well thanks anyways ... hopefully in the future you can sort a ps3 tournement or something socom looks promising ...
I think bring your own console would work ...
good luck with it

So if other things are more important, don't sit there giving answers and getting them wrong. No problem with you not going, but *boom* there goes your point.
