MatchBox360 are pleased to announce that over 300 gamers are already confirmed as attending MatchBox360 XL Summer 2008 on 25-27th July at Cranmore Park. With just 2 weeks to go, tickets are selling fast so if you havent already done so please purchase your tickets from the MatchBox360 Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/).
Please find below a brief FAQ to make sure you have everything you require in order to make your MatchBox360 XL weekend go as smoothly as possible.
What you will require to attend the event?
Admission Tickets:
Every player or spectator is required to purchase the £30 XL Admission ticket. Each admission ticket allows 1 person access to the event for the whole of the MatchBox360 XL weekend.
Tournament Entries:
Please purchase in order to register yourself or your team into one of the MatchBox360 XL tournaments.
Please note: You must purchase an XL Admission Ticket for every person attending in order to access the venue. Anyone found not to have a valid Admission Ticket will be required to pay £30 on the door. Refunds will not be issued for any tournament entries purchased.
What should I bring with me on the day?
Proof of Purchase:
Showing your order number for XL Admission Tickets purchased (please see ‘How do I receive my tickets?’ below). It is essential that you bring this information with you otherwise you could encounter delays getting into the venue and possible refusal of entry.
Wired Xbox 360 Controller:
All players must use wired controllers only. Wireless controllers and charge kits are strictly banned. A limited number of wired Xbox 360 controllers are available for hire on the day for a small fee.
Headphones:
All monitors have built in speakers, however we also recommend the use of headphones for improved player performance. A limited number of headphones are available for hire on the day for a small fee.
How do I receive my tickets?
We do not send tickets in the post! Having purchased your tickets you would have received an email from the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office confirming your order. This is your proof of purchase. Please print this off and bring with you to MatchBox360 XL where you will be requested to present your proof of purchase at Cranmore Park reception in order to receive your XL wristband.
If for any reason you do not have access to this email, you may print off these details by logging into the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office, clicking “my account” and accessing your order history.
Please note: if you do not bring your proof of purchase with you then you may experience delays in gaining entry to the venue.
