Yea i dont think people realise the deadline is this Sunday, its a really poor showing at the moment, i thought there'd be loads of good teams attending this XL, but apparently not.

If there's not that many teams entering as though, do you reckon the rounds could be extended from 3 maps to 5 to make it last longer?

We've already extended rounds to first to 5 so fixtures could potentially take 90 minutes each. First 2 rounds will definitely remain as best of 3 and we will make a more informed decision when we know how the schedule is running.

You def shouldn't do first to 5 with maps, leave that more to the end..

Nothing we can do about the COD4 community not being as strong as other titles I'm afraid. There are numerous reasons why there arent as many teams as at XL4 but the main cause is lack of competitive players and community prepared to travel to LAN for COD4. Pretty sure if we did n00b settings and gametypes then we'd have more teams but should we compromise our position of providing competitive eSports? I suppose thats a debate for another thread/time.

@ lil kid- havent had any messages and I dont deal with them from XBL. All team change details should be emailed including order numbers to konspiracy@matchbox360.co.uk

All updates have been done as requested.

All player lists will be updated at some point tonight.

There are 14 confirmed teams for COD4...which is obviously disappointing but nothing we can do about it if the competitive COD4 community isnt as strong as we expected.

Ticket office will be extended till Wednesday as loads of players still need to purchase tickets (seedings will be locked on Sunday though so make sure you try and purchase Syunday at latest).
