Havent had chance to play GRID yet so open to suggestions for rules/settings and suitable tracks/cars.

Thats the only problem, theres alot of cars to choose from. There could be a drift tournament or an open wheel tournament etc.
I suggest using Touring Cars or any of the GT classes. On any of the majority of the European tracks.

yeah, you can do any track
cars wise you want either Omex Supercars (pagani zonda OR Koenisegg)
GT1 ( Corvette(s), Aston Martin, Koenisegg CCGT, Lambo, Saleen and a few more..
Touring cars.. Lacetti or a BMW

lots of cars bu you want to avoid: Dallara formula 3 and FJ100s

Give a more detailed of all possible and best setups to help run this tourney when im not as busy

Xleague have done a FREE to enter tourney with GRID.. Chance to win £300 for the xbox 360 and a further £300 for the PS3..

Would matchbox still hold an online tourney despite Xleague having £600 to give away as a prize?

Perhaps take the settings and imrove on them from Xleague, MB360 can kind of use it as a test run for them if you see what I mean.

Obviously our settings would be superior to any other online tournaments...thats just how we roll on MatchBox360! ;)

lol, patch should be due soon, it was scheduled for last week then i got told by a memeber of the codemasters team theyre trying their hardest foe wid week this week but it looks like it aint out yet, so fingers crossed it will be here over the next few days and can get some rules put down and have the tourney started
