What is going on lads. This is a great, well run tournament, that i am loving being involved in. Its not for big money. Its for fun, because we all love playing this game. So why are some people acting up. No one likes losing, but this is crazy. CHILL OUT. I took part in a FFU tournament that got cancelled because of this sort of behaviour. The sponsors pulled out and the tournament folded. It was gutting. If we are not careful, we could lose this and no-one wants that. Keep up the good work Matchbox:)

Good post.
Nobody likes to see this behaviour, it's not good for the players, admin, sponsors or the site.

Yeah great post
I really wished them cheaters would be booted and put through people in 3rd to replace them, its actually annoyed me seeing people cheat. After a player trying to deny doing what he did earlier today when 2 people was watching (oone of the being an admin) its just pathetic behaviour. I still feel that due to him trying to call the admin a lier and stuff he should be penalized even more, but i can only put down that as an opinion. Until a proper penalty comes into play, i cant see tis stopping anytime soon, and i will expect it to happen later on in the tournament aswell :(

As it stands, the players are on official cheating warnings, and we expect the cheating/falsifying to end there. They haven't got away with it, and will not get away with it should they attempt the same again.
We are discussing further measures to prevent this type of thing from occurring, and will do what we can to ensure that these players don't ruin the tournament for those of us who joined for fun and a bit of competition. Whilst we strive to provide the most high-skilled and competitive tournaments here, nothing is more important to us than the enjoyment of our players.
Enjoy the tournament guys - these players will be caught and will not get away with it. Keep going with your fixtures and don't let the others ruin it for you - it's already a great tournament that's only going to get better!

Revo - this isn't the time or place. If you wish to debate further you can contact myself or Konspiracy - but our decision was based on the evidence presented and is final. Accept it and move on.

I have a camera and photograph my final scores, but if your opponent quits there is no proof, its just your word against your opponents

Stunning. Thanks mate.
I advise every player to do this - take a few seconds after each goal to pause and take a picture of the score and tags. Then, any cheating will be much easier to identify and nullify.

Cool - any way of taking pictures is fine. Pictures must have both gamertags and the score on it to be classed as 'evidence'.

Which obviously can be done by pausing.
Times i take a picture are:
Scored My first goal
Any time i get in the lead
Half time

I think this thread has run it's course now. We will see if the Quarter Finals can be played in the spirit intended.
