There are 2 S&D tournaments...one by MatchBox360 and one by Console Lounge.

The winner of each tournament will play in the grand final to win the prizes announced.

Just imagine it as 2 brackets...the winner of each play in the final and both are guaranteed 1st or 2nd place. Its not the first time we have done this and the process really is straight forward.
