Please use this thread to arrange your MatchBox360 FIFA08: UEFA Euro 2008 Group B2 fixtures and reports results accordingly.
You have until midnight SUNDAY 22nd June to play all group fixtures.

You are to play each player in your group twice as part of any one fixture alternating host accordingly.
The host will set up the game and play as the home team.

The top 2 players from each group will progress to the knockout stage.

Was a good game. I felt it was close. Alot closer than the aggregate scoreline suggests lol. In the first game I felt like I defended fairly well but its difficult to stop Klose, Podolski and Gomez for that long, never felt like I threatened his defence though apart from, from corners.

Second game I felt a bit better. Changed to a more attacking formation as I needed to make 2 goals up. Took the lead with a decent move and a good strike. Felt a lot better going forward but always was going to be troubled at the back. Ashley is a good player and pulled me apart at times. Both had a good amount of chances. Second game I felt could have swung either way and was 2-1 until stoppage time lol. I hit the post and had a couple of shots saved. I was never going to make up the 2 goals though and the last minute goal fest just ended a good close game

All in all though, Ashley deserved the win without a doubt. I felt if it was Germany Germany I may have been able to give him a good game, but the Croatian attack was just not strong enough to break through the strong German defence. Great games, good luck in the rest of the tournament.

just started a match vs Prime d shotz aka poland was like the 27th min 2 1 for me attack attack attack hit the post this this then he pauses the match and says we have to start from 0 0 cause this is old trafford and thats not the right one


so then i invited him again then he says i want to play tomozz the two matches i aint got no time .... but he spent the next 15 - 20 mins playing fifa and still is now

@ admin is it really such a big deal the stadium was wrong ???

It's not a big deal, but it's in the rules to use Wembley - but in the 27th minute is pushing it. You can both see that the stadium is Old Trafford from the start, yet waited until the 27th minute to make a fuss. I'm going to give Shotz the benefit of the doubt this time as it's a minor issue, but please - check you're happy with the settings, and if not end the match straight away.

As the game was in it's infancy and with plenty of time to go it will be a rematch when you both have time. The deadline is not until the 22nd, so plenty of time left.

I know what you mean, believe me. It's best to rematch and make sure all the settings are correct. If you both have mics, confirm that you're happy with it and play on :)

Come on lads let's have a bit of common sense. I played Ashley, and I think he used Old Trafford against me too. I didn't notice until a fair way into the match, but to be honest, what difference does it really make. Yes it says Wembley in the rules, but to quit when you have gone 2-1 down just because of that really does say manipulation of the rules to a high degree.

yeah my match vs leigh it would have been old trafford cause i did not change it thats what it starts on for me cause i put man utd as my fav team lol

i dont think its is narrower cause the second game vs me and the ice man was alot more open more chances for both team witch was very diffrent from the first match ....

i know its my fault about the settings and i wont make that mistake again but quit on 0 0 or 1 1 but 2 1 just a lil bit crazy :P

Crazy match i had about 18 chances over the two legs and put just 7 in he had about 5 chances and put 4 in lol .

but i dont take any credit away from him he played very good in this match and with Austira it shows his pretty damn good .... he did have alot of luck with two of the goals he scored. and quite a bit of Tactical fouling on his part ;)

He posted in the forums with some clear times, and you didn't respond. Unfortunately, the admins cannot see messages that you send via Xbox Live and so we make decisions based on forum activity. The deadline was midnight, if you were struggling to play Mike it would have been easy to post here - you were online all day as you say, but how do we know that?
