Just wondering why there is a lack of fighting games at XL. From experience, fighting game make extremely good competitive tournaments. They are also very fast and require less setups. I know theres only really Dead or Alive 4 and Virtua Fighter 5 atm, but more are on the way, Soul Calibur 4, Mortal Kombat vs DC and Street Fighter 4. Any plans to add fighting games at future XL's?

Also XBLA seems like a missed opportunity. Theres lots of popular titles on there which could work in tournaments. Such as Bomberman Live, Worms, street fighter 2, etc. Just cause they are downloadable games doesn't make them any less worthy.

If a decent fighter is released on 360 then we will definitely consider adding it to the XL line-up. DOA4 and VF5 have very low community support in the UK/EU and it seems only ppl who play for CGS teams will actually defend or admit to playing them.

XBLA titles require at least a silver account and the purchase of points to buy the games. In addition, similar to the issues with the Halo3 DLC, XBLA titles are profile dependent which causes problems with any hardware failures.

We cant feature every game at XL and it simply comes down to both the competitive nature of the game and community support for each title...this is reflected in the current XL line-up and always will be.

I agree with the fighting games point but XBLA games is stupid.

Surely the fighting competitions could be FFA and not include teams. Just have single players turning up but still playing for their clan
