Tom Clancy's EndWar - BETA Sign Up

US, May 30, 2008 - Ubisoft will hold a private beta for its upcoming real-time strategy console game Tom Clancy's EndWar this summer to help ready the title for its scheduled October launch.

Xbox 360 gamers with an Xbox Live gold membership, a broadband Internet connection and 3 GB of free hard drive space are invited to apply at the official Ubisoft EndWar beta Web site (https://www.endwarbeta.com/signup/default.html).

The beta will run for a three-week period in June and July and will feature three maps playable only online in 1v1 and 2v2 matches.

EndWar takes place in 2020, after strained resource supplies bring the nations of the world to war. In EndWar, players represent one of three national armies (U.S. Russia or Europe) and participate in massive multiplayer battles.

I literally only just got the verification email after trying to register yesterday morning, and i tried on two different addresses (hotmail & aol) lol, the system must be overloaded or it just doesnt like me.

been looking into this game for ages and ive got to say looks like it could be a really good RTS, the amount of time the've put into the voice command, and into each units voice which is complete diffrent than the rest of your units and also the longer you keep your units alive through many battle the more they adapt to the overal enviroment, which i think will add a whole new feel to the RTS

what intrested me is when one of the video's stated that its just a bigger scale of GRAW :) and now obviously a bit of HAWX in there aswell

A: The Beta will run from June 16th until July 7th.
I would't expect them to send the codes out earlier than the 16th.

checked the beta site this morning and iit presented me with my beta code so check there if you havent recieved your e-mail. although it odes say e-mails are being distributed today!

I hate the game it's boring the camera angle is horrible and the speech thing is amazing but gets boring. I think it would work better on a game like rainbow where you could tell your team what to do whilst still playing.

i gotta agree with you on all them posts, theres no tutuorial to tell you how to play the game, the camer is suspect, apparently you can free roam and i dont even find myself using the voice control. i just use the right trigger and go down that route:confused:

I started the tutorial, quit back to the dashboard and now i have no idea on how to use the controls as the tutorial doesn't come up again...

Yes im so happy i signed up for this now i dont have to buy it yay.The most boring game ever so slow.As i said the voice command is amazing but not so good that it warrants a whole game structured around it.It would be good on a game like gears or rainbow where you could order your squad.Any one who missed out dont feel bad trust me it's CRAP!.]

Ps i advise anyone thinking of lending there account to do the download history thing NOT to as you have signed a electronic signature and god only knows what they could do if you break it.

I got the 3 emails saying i was in the beta but no other email with the key, not even in junk. been on the website forum and people who got the key are having trouble getting it downloaded as well.

I didn't even get anything saying I was in the beta. I got my email verification, which I did, then nothing since.

It doesn't. I have signed up, and since then received nothing. Nothing telling me I'm in, nothing with a key, nothing.

I got an email saying the key way ready, logged into the site, then clicked the project bit, then it gives you the key after that.. Being that I've used the beta program software they've got before (Woo go slingmedia) I found it a bit easier to navigate but it is a pain in the arse when you don't know what your doing..

Played one of the 2v2's (Ramstein Airbase) with Tempus last night actually. Considering I'd been stomping people all night the speed at which I got my ass handed to me was quite impressive.

go for the 1v1 maps, 2v2's are pretty hard to find..

There might be a weak link in there somewhere - Considering the trouncing you gave me/I gave myself (whats so similar about saying 'Secure' and 'Attack' I don't know!!!)
