Minor spoiler warning - nothing to do with the actual game plot, but meh.
I'm sure you all know about the serial killer who is constantly mentioned on Weazel News. He targets joggers, mostly. Well, I found him. After completing all the Random Character missions, I went online to find the following headline:
Serial Killer Found Dead - He Has a Name - Eddie Low
For those of you with a bad memory, Eddie Low is a random character. He's that freak you bump into who eventually pulls a knife out on you in the second encounter. Obviously, at this point, you have to shoot him in the face, hence his death. Before you kill him, he mentions that he got laid by a jogger just moments earlier. So he raped and killed joggers.
