To help us to provide you with the best possible experience at XL4, all admission tickets and tournament entry fees are to be purchased in advance on a first come first serve basis using the online MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/). This facility is an easy to use shopping cart that will allow you and your friends to purchase multiple admission tickets, register for tournaments, and allow you to enjoy more gaming time throughout your MatchBox360 XL weekend! :cool:

How to Purchase Admission Tickets and Tournament Entry Fees:
Please follow the simple instructions below:

Login or create an account on the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/).


Select XL ADMISSION TICKET, how many you would like to purchase and click "add this to my cart":

Select which TOURNAMENTS you would like to enter, how many of each you would like to purchase click "add this to my cart":

When you have selected all your tickets, please check your "Shopping Cart" details are correct and click "go to checkout":

You will be requested to agree to the terms and conditions (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/index.php?main_page=conditions) and confirm your order details.


On the payment screen, you will be given the option to pay via Paypal or debit/credit card.
- To pay via Paypal simply login via Paypal login box on the right hand side.
- To pay via Debit or Credit card simply click "Continue" on the left hand side:

Please enter your payment details as instructed on screen and complete the transaction.


You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal and the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office containing your unique "order number".


Please print off the confirmation email from the MatchBox360 XL ticket office and bring with you to MatchBox360 XL as proof of purchase.


If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check you have entered the correct email address in your account information.


If you accidently delete the confirmation email, please login to the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/) and print off your order from "My Order History".


Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive confirmation emails from Paypal and the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/) confirming your order details and your "order number". We advise that you print these details and keep them safe as this is your unique MatchBox360 XL reference number that you will need to receive your wristband on the door. The MatchBox360 XL reception will open early on Friday 25th July so you may collect your wristband and start playing as soon as the doors open at 9am! :D

Please note:

You must be aged 15 years or older to attend MatchBox360 XL. Please do not purchase tickets if you are or on behalf of anyone under 15. Anyone found to be under 15 will be turned away on the day and a refund will not be provided.
All players and spectators are required to purchase an admission ticket in order to gain entry to MatchBox360 XL.
If you are purchasing tickets for a single player tournament, you will be requested to enter the GAMERTAG of each player.
If you are purchasing tickets for a team tournament, you will also be requested to enter the TEAM NAME for those players.
Transactions are fully secure and will be processed via Paypal directly to the MatchBox360 XL account. Payments can also be made via debit or credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase your tickets.
You may make additional admission and tournament entry purchases after you have completed your first order.
Due to limited capacity at the venue and high demand for tickets, if you do not purchase your tickets in advance then we cannot guarantee your entry into MatchBox360 XL on the door.
To allow for funds to clear, payments will not be accepted after Sunday 20th July.
If you are unable to make payments online via debit or credit card, please send an email with full details asap so we may make alternative payment arrangements for you (we will not be accepting pay on door requests).


MatchBox360 XL is the largest dedicated Xbox 360 LAN tournament in the UK and due to the high demand for tickets we advise that you purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

To enable large clans and complete teams to purchase tickets easier, team ticket options have been added for:

Halo3 (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=48)
Call of Duty 4 (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=50)
Gears of War (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=49)

Simply add the team name and each players gamertag accordingly.

please note: only use this option if you have a complete team of 4 or 5 as per tournament.

As always, you can also purchase team tickets individually @ £15 each.
The team tickets (£60 or £75 respectively) have been added by request to allow complete teams/large clans to register at the same time (ie if they are paying altogether).
All players and spectators are required to purchase the admission tickets @ £30 each.


Examples:
Option1:
Each player buys Halo3 4v4 ticket and admission.
Total cost = £45 per player.

Option2:
Team buys Halo3 4v4 ticket and 4 admission.
Total cost = £180 per team.

As you can see, the total cost per player is exactly the same, so it simply gives larger teams an easier way of purchasing tickets in bulk.
