Hello guys
As some of you might of heard my gamertag already and i thought i never come to this i am thinking about shutting down my clan as i getting to the point now that i feel like being used for nothing. I had done everything i could eg: had put in over £200 in my clan, brought a capture card and all my effort into it. SO here is my little experinces and my cv below this:

Age: 19

Games i play:
>Gears of war
>Call of Duty 4
>Rainbow six vegas 2
Experinces in gaming:
I been on xbox live since the start and i started up in ASG (useless now) In there i did bring up a decent gows squad but i wasn't allowed to enter in tournaments so i efted that clan.
Then i went to join DOWS (Dogs Of War) in there was my highest time going as i played my first gows tournament on here when it was first out and we were in those finals and losted to a brilliant clan but i lefted them a few weeks later as i had a massive row with one of their ex members.
I then formed up my old clan xTUGx it was going brilliantly until a massive arguement came up so i had to change the name to Urban-Gaming (www.urbangaming.com) now because i brought back a old member and i asked all my members if it was fine by them and they said yes so i brought him back and he decided to donate some money and it all kicked off so i at the point of shutting it down and looking to join a clan that give me respect.
That was my clan history not alot but i have got other experinces on my back also which are below:
I have worked for microsoft so i know how to deal with then if your 360 broke so i can give you advice and what to say to them as i know well.
I also have worked for GB as a gows admin and the head of Frontlines fuel of war admin so i have a decent knowledge on Administration and a decent knowledge on how to run clans and sort out arguements. Also i do have a capture as i love to record matches.
Here is what i looking for:
>A decent clan with a decent community plus i like to be in a clan that take on anyone around the world
>A clan that would give me respect and a chance to show them what i can do
>A clan that is stable enough that plays all games
>A clan that enter in most tournaments
>Someone that give me a warm welcome:D
