Please note: we would appreciate it if all teams concerned play with good sportsmanship and refrain from the use of any glitches or cheats. Should you believe the opposition has cheated in anyway, then you must supply clear evidence so a MatchBox360 admin can take the appropriate action.

Any team found fielding non-registered players is in breach of the MatchBox360 rules and will subsequently be disqualified. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure opponents only play with fully registered team mates. As such, please supply evidence (screen shot or game links) to prove any use of illegal players.

We urge players to use this thread to record all happens of when they will be playing their fixture as it helps us if a team calls a no-show. Try and keep any Emails/PMs or MSN logs which have any information that proves when you agreed to set up your Match. If neither team submits a result then your fate will be decided by the Events team and both teams could be thrown out of the competition.

Because i've been at work all week so i've had no time to check XBL. I've been on MSN almost everyday once i've finished work, so for someone complaining about not being able to get in touch with me considering you never accepted my add to MSN you have little to complain about.

My teammate has been ill the past few days and has been offline on XBL and MSN, THAT is why i haven't been able to get in touch with him and respond to you with a set time until AS OF TODAY.

The german message was through no fault of my own. I asked someone else to translate "When do you want to play" into German and they sent my the text i sent you, so copy and pasted it from a MSN convo to xbox.com without further checking the text to see if it was geniune and sent it to you. Turns out it wasn't and it was a joke, but i thought you would have had a sense of humour anyway.

Teams that have not played by tonight will be simply removed from the competition, and reserve teams will replace them. Obviously if one team has shown a clear effort to arrange a game and the other team has not, then that team will progress. Last warning, get your games played tonight, I'm not going to be lenient. From past experiences allowing people to surpass deadlines has held up tournaments greatly, and for round 1 there is quite simply too many fixtures to allow this to happen.

I can see that we have been removed from the tournament, don't know why they have been placed through instead of us as it was 1-0.

You were the team that had to go EoW, not us. We can only play certain days and that was one of them and you had to leave for an FFA tourney or something.
If you really want to progress that badly then by all means, do so. But just do it in the knowledge that you were destroyed by two players who haven't played h3 in months.

I'm sorry Dan, but I didn't see any evidence of your attempt to play these games on the forums. And I wasn't prepared to go searching through your games to find one game that was played, whereas EoW had posted on the forums with details etc. Now you come in three days after the fixture was supposed to be played and say you should be the ones progressing, well maybe you should, but in honesty it's all too late now my friend. Again I apologise, but you must understand it's hard for me to know whether you've played or even tried to get in contact when you didn't even post a hint toward it on the forums mate.
