View Full Version : A few errors
Just thought i'd surf around the forums, i know they're not fully released until tonight but i wanted to make sure you guys new about them so that they can be fixed:
1. Edit Sig' in the User CP has a problem where it can't display an image only a link.
2. When you try to update a sig it redirects to a blank page.
P.S Love the new layout keep up the good work everyone! :)

Fix0rd the img tags beef..
For some reason [I didn't set it right] they were disabled.. Fixed now anyway.. Need to go and find out what the crack is with the blank redirect page... :)
Yeah i put the and tags around it and only the center tags seem to work.
EDIT: Nice work erm Testy :P

I dunno if I'm just doing something really daft but when I try having an avatar or signature it says invalid file? Can someone shed some light on the subject please.
I am using the following:
Signature - http://card.mygamercard.net/gelsig/black/Zaxgod.png (http://profile.mygamercard.net/Zaxgod)
Avatar - http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c189/Zaxgod/halowars.jpg
I'm probably just being retarded but any help would be appreciated thanks.
I can't save your avatar Zaxgod so there must be something wrong with the file.

That's quite odd, but give it a bit of time and the codemonkeys will look into it. ;)

Changed :p

I noticed when I clicked "Preview" signature then click "Save" signature, it came up with a blank page and didn't update my signature, did it twice with the two signatures I've just tried.

Hi, I've been trying to put my gamercard URL into my signature from Mygamercard.net and everytime I do it, it comes up with Invalid picture (Or is it image???) so i've been saving my picture and updating every couple of days from my PC. Is there something that I'm doing wrong so that it automatically updates??

I've not had a problem with it, my old sig used to be from there. Can you post up the exact code you're using?

Hi, I've tried a couple of things, Left as is = invalid URL, Taken the from beginning & end = invalid picture but can't quite work it out  (bit of a noob with regards to the 'net so might be missing something stupid) but this is the complete code from mygamercard.net:
[U]http://card.mygamercard.net/sig/supertrevdx.png (http://profile.mygamercard.net/supertrevdx)
Hold on it seems to work if i put the URL on the bottom of the message is that what I was missing??? I Was trying to put it in the (Option1) URL from another website. Cheers for the help :D

Glad to help.
If you want to have a different url, just replace the url in the sig with whatever you want and it should work.
