All the brushes used were their to represent the chaotic, fast-pased, wildness of the film. Same with the scattery text.

So his opinion on why the Crank one is a poor sig is instantly wrong, yet the opinions of those that dislike his sigs are right? It's purely opinion - some people clearly like his sigs, whereas some don't. At least he is here presenting something, with some modicum of success. I also think the Crank sig is poor - that's my opinion. I understand the concept, I don't like the sig.

Tug, I really like your Iron Man and Mercedes sigs. The Mercedes one especially is very clean looking and gives a nice idea of 'wild elegance' if you will. I'm not too keen on your Master Chief or Rainbow Six sigs though - I feel that they lack direction and focus. The Chief one especially, it seems a little haphazard and perhaps lacking thought. Good efforts though.

To all - judge the sigs based on how they look, rather than the complication of making them, and maybe it won't appear so elitist when you critique them.

You're right, it's all about personal opinion which is what I'm basing my posts on. I don't have PS nor have I used it more than a couple times and I can't tell if a brush is good/bad/etc or how much/little effort making it took. All I know is that I like or dislike sigs.

Main reason I dislike most of the sigs round this place and the ones of the OP is that it's using the same tired MC, etc cutouts, backgrounds, swirly things in front of a darkish background with samey looking font making it all seem without a clear focus point. It's the same thing all over again and I wish people had more creativity.

Like the BioShock one which is simply beautiful with the background and the image representing the colours of Rapture and decay.

Or the Keira Knightley one, clean, straighfoward, good colours and a simple background which almost indicates she has wings..

Crank - I have no idea who that is, but I can feel the sig almost jumping at me. It's really busy, but there's a clear focus point.

I don't actually like the Hitman one all that much, compared to the others, but it's not overdone.

And the other two just work incredibly well with the colours/patterns.



I mean take the Vegas one, it's a game set in Vegas, bring something in that's related to Vegas.

Nah its not a great film i prefer the Transporter stuff he does. But most films he does are not really thought through. Its just action gun fights I save the day. haha
