Rank Reset on CoD4 if your not 7th

Apparently CoD4 is getting some more prestiges, and if your not at the 7th Prestige by the end of the mont, your rank is reset.

Anybody got a link or more info about this? True or False

thats a crap thing to do, if your not at a high lvl you get sent back down to the start, think about what your posting bush, sometimes alittle thought would go a long way with stuff like that

To me it seems strange they would reset ranks like this, Very false.
besides, i have'nt even prestiged once becuase im still on lv 21 of frustration

I'm not sure if the extra prestige thing is just a rumour, the same as the being able to release a pack of dogs at ten kills.
But what I have heard is true is the extra perks for levels 9 & 10 prestige.
Just a simple matter of completing every challenge on 9&10 and you have them.
Like the ability to have two perks on your weapon (ie silencer and red dot).
