if you want to recruit anyone at all then you have to put up more details and make your clan sound appealing. you have to advertise yourself to the top players not the other way round, at least not until you are one of the best teams in europe when people will actively seek out to try and join you. also saying you have to change your name and there being no other trialing process doesnt make your clan sound appealing at all.
