The Corner
Now i'm a manchester United supporter and i was watching the highlights, and found one rather odd challange, that deserved the goal and a yellow card.
Funny thing though - it was towards Newcastle.
At the Newcastle (One and Only) goal, The corner came in. Faye went up for a header and misses, and then Carrick (While Faye was still in mid-flight) shoves him in the back. I was shocked and dissapointed. I'm actually glad that Faye scored.
This could have really hurt Faye and at most given him whiplash. Thats not the spirit of Football.
On the side
The penalty claim, was infact a great stop by Ferdinand. Owen was about to shoot, when Ferdinand outstreched his leg and toe-punted it away
