Please use this thread to report your Call of Duty 4 FFA Round 1 results only.

It is the responsibility of all group players to ensure the results are reported correctly and accurately. The group host is to report the results using the following format:

The top 4 players from each group will progress to the next round. Any player placing below 4th will be eliminated. Round 2 fixtures are to be played on Wednesday 20th at 9:00pm.

american?? bristol man hahahahahah anyway u only started lagin at the end there way a huge convo that we noticed u laggin at the end and we tryed to speak to u but as you said nothing and simply continued to play during the end of the game we carryed on..i asked everyone if they agreed and they did sorry mate but u laged at the end of the game unlucky u lagged but we did ask u to check ur downloads on ur pc and buffering and yet u said nothing..

i have a 20mg connection and noone esle seemed to have a proplem but u...

i must say this is the best online toruney i had everyone was alwsome and i had alot of fun..Thanks for fun game.

Mine was similar, it's horrible playin with 5, not campy but every one was very tentaative, hardly ever sprinting, crouching around corners, using spec grenades b4 shooting.

... but don't get me wrong it was a fun and different kind ov game, but i was too on the edge of my seat, instead of relaxing in to it after a couple of kills.
Spose its good for getting rid of the no shows and dead weight.

Positive, Me, Enzo, Rixter and Logik were all there till 25 waiting, then we went to change to Positives host hence the picture. Then Enzo didnt join the new room and was offline at 9:30pm, the game wasnt played.

No idea what the ruling is but we waited long enough to get it going and in the end it never did. imo we should all go through.

It wasnt that campy, scores were low due to me lagging out. I had 80 points in half the time and then the rest of the guys will have had to play a 4 man FFA which I can imagine involving a lot less kills.

from day1 of beeing abel to update Kon has said its Wednesdays weekely the matchs will be played so why would peopel sign up if they cant play?

I know one guy who wa sin my group wa son Halo at the time i sent him a message and he didnt know the tourny had even came close to starting

I cant be responsible for ppl forgetting what they have signed up for or that this FFA is played weekly Wednesdays at 9pm. From experience of running online events for 3 years I know that if I announced groups last week or a few days ago then we'd have even more shows than them being announced today. Having registered to take part it is every players responsibility to check the forums on the day of the event for any changes or updates in fixtures or rules. As stated at the very start:

Registration close: midnight Tuesday 12th February
Tournament start: Wednesday 13th February at 9pm
All fixtures will be played weekly thereafter at 9pm.

The groups would have actually been online yesterday if it wasnt for the repeated power cuts in my area for the last 24hrs. The groups will be online shortly.
