COMMENTS: After trying to arange the game for early in the week then agreeing to play sunday at 9 (there idea) they tell us at 9:15 they cant play (evan tho they have 4 our of 9 eN members online on CoD4 at the time), we got video of this told then then they sent me message saying they forfit.

hex i would love to know hu forfeit the match as i have txt my mate eN Nuke to say not to forfeit the game!! my internet turned itself off at about half 8 to 8.45 ish and hasnt come back on til now!! i cant tho connect to xbox live for some reason! its not my fault that virgin media are screwing up my XBL atm by doing server updates! i will not forfeit this fixture! hex if u would like me to post the messages u sent me over XBL about ur rubbish attitude towards this match then it was still a wonder that i even allowed the game to go through....if it wunt for ur mate nyox then it wouldnt have happened ......yes ppl were online i admit tht but 2 of them have to go offline at 10 due to curfews set by parents hence y i wanted the game at 8.30 not 9.....instead i was gona play dif ppl to them but i txt msgd um to say id rearrange with u the match because of virgin media cuttin me off....u really need to grow up hex and sort ur attitude out! i will not forfeit a game due to internet problems especially after i was doing ur team favours like lettin it be played 4 on 4 and this is how u repay it! thanks i will no longer deal with u hex but instead nyox who is actually a decent guy and is reasonable! please dont let this go through as a forfeit Kon!

I aranged with you 9pm Sunday on YOUR terms, you have 8 people on your MB360 roster tonight is the last day we could have played, and at 9pm you had 4 players out of 9 with eN tags online on CoD4, we recorded this, sent feared a Inv multiple times and knowone joined nuke then told us you forfit so there we go.

I spent all week trying to get teh game played b4 this weekend as we have Had a busy weekend as is and we were evan having to play 4v5 as one of our guys was out tonight and yet YOU CANT TURN UP A SET OF 4 ON TIME! THAT YOU ARANGED! not my fault we were on from 8pm and still are ready to play dont blame me.

u need to talk to ur team ie nyox who i actually arranged the match with not u! i said i agree to a 4v4 and like i sed feared was not playin in the game because of his imposed curfew u fool! so y wuld he join ur game? i told nuke that he should tell u not to forfeit as its not fair to forfeit under these conditions! u my friend r havin a laf! and its clear from these msgs and others u sent me on XBL (which ur friend nyox had to apologise on ur behalf for!) that ur a complete ass! i play this game for fun and dont like the sort of player like u who'l do anything to win.....surely if u were a decent person u wuld give us a chance to replay! well done 5:1 for ur great win and well done to hex for ruinin his clans name i feel sorry for the ppl in ur clan hu hae to put up with u and u giving ur clan a bad name!

10pm curfew? the game started at 9 and could be done with b4 10 but you guys pissed about.

and you say i live on my xbox? yet your entered in the same tournament i am and your makeing a massive fuss about not turning up tot a game you aranged to play at that time and date.

If its just fun then why are you so concerned about playing the match? if its just fun then surely when you couldnt make it online you would realise you would loose via a no-show/forfit and as its fun why does it matter to you?

i dont enjoy the victory i would of enjoyed it more if you had turned up to play instead of wasteing my time and my teams time this evening.

Five to One and Team enigm4 both receive a first and final warning for your conduct. If either team continue to conduct themselves in this manner in forthcoming fixtures then you will be removed from this tournament and possibly banned from subsequent online tournaments.

The result will stand as a default win to Five to One. Regardless of whether wookie could get online or not, it is your teams responsibility to either play the game at the agreed time or default time as detailed in the rules. There are forums and threads dedicated to match arrangements and as such one of your team should have posted detailing the problems and requested an extension.

why do we get a warning, seems very harsh too me? nothing hex has said is abusive and i dont think he used a swear word, we get the same punishment as eN and as u can clearly see he slated our team and hex.

we wanted to play on wednesday, but u said no, so we had to postpone it to the very very last moment to play and when it came to it you couldnt, it aint a problem of ours that ur net went down.

we turned up at 8.30 to play the game and not 1 of ur 8 players did, again not our problem.

i completely disagree with this decision......what am i to do about it?? any appeal process or something similar? also i completely agree with a warning but final warning i feel for our team is harsh as i feel i was provoked into it by hex.....not just on these forum but by previous XBL msgs..........is this to be another case of the good honest team falls foul to those who'l do anything and 'bully' teams down to make situations like this were the wrong team comes out on top......iv seen it happen to many clans before and i would hate to see it again

I am the appeal process and the decision with regards to this fixture has been made. If you do not agree then contact me via PM.

We will not tolerate or appreciate aggressive arguments between teams on this forum. Do and say what you like in MM on XBL but do not drag it on here or into our tournaments. All teams are requested to conduct themselves correctly and in a sporting manner...quite clearly this has not been observed and as such both teams receive a warning.

This thread will now be closed to prevent any further arguments. If you would like to discuss this further then contact me via PM accordingly.
