I love Forza 2, despite there being lack of real maps. And dont get me wrong, i have alays loved Forza.

But i travel between my Mum's House and My Dad's House every Weekend.
I dont usually take my Xbox, but i did this weekend because it was extended.
So i get here and unack my Xbox, and plug everything in. I try to load up Forza and everything is good ..... Untill i hit the main menu. The bit where it says "press a to start"
I press a and it gives me a message

"Your Profile save game requires the latest title upgrade. Sign into Xbox Live and restart the game to download the title Update" :mad:

I Updated Forza On Xbox Live on Wednesday! Its 4 Frikin days and now i can't play ofline :mad:

This really pisses me off. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Say if i had a freind round and he bought his Hard-drive round and we were to go online. [ and say he didnt have Live ]

He would Never Be Able to play Frza Again unless he came back over t min / someone who has Xbox live OR he would have to get xbox Live himself :mad:

Not quite understanding the problem here? Are you saying you cant play offline with or without the update? Its not making much sense.

yea that is true i tried that when my internet went down a day ago or so i couldnt play cause i dint have the online update apparently so if u dont have the update apparently u cant go play forza offline so its kinda stupid on there behalf

Its authentication for the downloadable content from what I can tell.

The game cant connect to MS to make sure you were the person who bought the content and so says that you can't use the profile because of the problem.

It's a pain in the arse, as is all DRM.
