Please use this thread to report any change in details for your team. This includes:

Any change in gamertag for any of your registered team mates.
Reporting correct username details if any of your players are listed as red.
Adding additional players to your squad prior to your first fixture only (state MatchBox360 username and XBL GT below).
You may NOT add additional players to your team after your first fixture has been played.

Please note: any incorrectly registered or non-registered players reported to have played will result in a default loss for your team. In order to settle any disputes, these rules are applicable whether or not your opponents agree to allow any incorrectly registered or non-registered players to play. DO NOT PLAY WITH UNREGISTERED PLAYERS!!!

ANY TEAMS LISTED WITH LESS THAN 5 PLAYERS CORRECTLY REGISTERED WILL BE REMOVED ON SATURDAY 12th JANUARY.

Unfortunately not mate. You cant change players at this stage as stated in the rules and we have to be consistent to all teams. Sorry but you'll have to get Justice to play if you want to play with 5 players. Only way around this is getting permission of other teams in advance and getting them to post that they agree on the forum so there is no dispute in result after the game has been played.

I would have a look at that rule, from what I understand the next LB round has to be played and reported by this Monday?

If one the teams who only registered five players, like ours, has a member who is away for the weekend then that doesn't really give us much of an opportunity to get our fixtures played does it?

And you mention consistency in the rules Chris, and I'm not trying to argue, but I was speaking to Fab the other day and apparently in a game that you were hosting one of the players used a grenade launcher and you did nothing about it?

I agree the transfer rules are causing problems due to teams simply not registering enough players. When we have a tournament system in place that can handle transfers efficiently then it wont be such a problem.

With regards to Fabs games against TUG. Yes I was hosting and yes a member of the TUG team used the grenade launcher in one of the TDM games which resulted in 2 or 3 kills against Fabs team. I was obviously immediately aware of this, immediately contacted the team captain and advised that the game would be forfeited unless the they stopped using the GL with immediate affect. This issue was dealt with immediately and effectively by a tournament referee that used his common sense and knowledge of the game that was currently being played. Natural Talent won by a clear margine of 1500-890 over the 2 x TDM games. Thanks for the enquiry though :cool:

the whole Roster updates are stupid imo everyone should sign up with enough players or subs, if Kon let teams have peopel join a roster half way through a tourny then it could be people boosting there team with "ringers" Effectivaly so i can see why that rule is in place.

Tugs playing 4v5 SnD is actually easy and im sure its easyer on TDM aswell (less people to die on your team) so give it a go :).

Well thats exactly the reason why we do it Hex, and has been our rule for our onlien tournaments for at least 2 years.

IMO playing 5v4 puts you at a disadvantage for SnD and Dom, but an advantage in TDM.

So the rules can be bent - in regards to the 'imediate forfeit' with the grenade launcher - but when a team who wants to compete by getting in a player who will be active the rules have to be consistent?

Your decision and I accept it, but I suggest these rules and round structures are looked into otherwise your brackets are going to be full of byes and frustrated teams, like ours.

As I have already stated, these rules are obviously becoming a problem for teams like yours who failed to register more than 5 players despite being advised otherwise and taking the opportunity to do so before playing their first fixture, however I will take a look at and consider how we can improve and implement any change in transfer rules to the best effect at this stage of the tournament.
