Call of Duty 4 5v5 Registration

We are pleased to confirm that registration for the Call of Duty 4 5v5 is now open via the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=27).

This will be part of our first series of online tournaments in 2008 and will start on the weekend Saturday 12th January.
Full rules and prize details will be confirmed in due course.

To register yourself (and your team mates) for online events please follow the simple instructions below:

Enter the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/).
Select which ONLINE TOURNAMENTS you would like to enter, complete the team/player details and click "add this to my cart".
To register your team mates simply repeat the process.
When you have registered yourself (and your team mates), please check your "shopping cart" details are correct and click "go to checkout".
If you haven't already done so, you will be requested to login or create an account.
Once logged in, you will be requested to confirm your order details and complete your order.
You will receive a confirmation email from the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office confirming your registration details and unique "order number".
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check you have entered the correct email address in your account information.
You may also check your registration details by logging into the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/) and checking your "Order History".

Please note:

Any teams who registered before 13/12/07 must do so again stating the MatchBox360 username for each player.
In order to register your team, at least one player will need to create an account on the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/).
You may register up your team mates as long as you know their correct XBL gamertags and MatchBox360 username.
Please register your full squad of upto 8 players stating correct XBL gamertags.
Your squad must be fully registered prior to the start of the tournament.
Registration will close on Thursday 10th January.
No players may be added to your squad after the start of the tourament.
Each player may not register for more than one team.
Each player must be registered to MatchBox360 & be resident in the UK or Europe to enter.
Any player found not to be registered to MatchBox360 will result in your teams disqualification from the tournament.

Yeah as long as each player uses the same team name then the players are automatically assigned to that team in the database. If the team name is spelt slightly differently then we can work it out...we're clever like that you see! ;)

Basically:

1. create an account on the ticket office
2. login using your details (you can do this before or after you have added items to the shopping cart)
3. click which tournament you want to enter
4. enter the details requested (team name, XBL GT, and MB360 username)
5. proceed to checkout to complete registration
6. one person may register the whole team or you can get each player to register individually...your choice!

Its really really straight forward but if you need any help then simply ask :cool:

Sorry about this inconvenience however, earlier i signed up my team but i entred my gamertag at the current time and i changed later that day then it dawn on me about what i had done and the inconvenience it would cause.

Below are the details of my current registration.

I would like to remind all players and teams that in order to register for this online tournament, you must complete the registration form stating the correct MatchBox360 username for each player. Any players who have been registered stating an email address or the username of another person listed will not be allowed to take part. Please ensure all your team mates are registered to this website as it will result in your team being eliminated from the tournament if you play with illegal players.

Due to a number of teams having incorrectly registered players, registration will remain open for an extra week and will close on Wednesday 10th January with the tournament to start on Saturday 12th January. This will also allow more teams to register and give us extra time to fully test the rules following a very merry festive few weeks! :D

Please ensure your teams are registered correctly in the confirmed teams list. Any teams with less than 4 players will be removed. Any players listed in red must create MatchBox360 accounts and inform me of the correct usernames otherwise they will not be eligible to play.
