How Come It's Not Just A Sign Up Thread?

Because it makes our lives 10x easier to have registration automated. We havent used "sign up" threads for team events in about 2 years and its just bolx like that tbh.

Yeah forum signups arent so bad for a single player event, but for team events is a complete nightmare to keep track of esp if ppl edit posts etc;

Within the next 2 weeks before the tournament starts. There wont be major changes, just slight tweaks on what we used for XL3 so everyone should be able to adapt quite easily. :cool:

Make you it is a Jpeg or PNG file you are using, other than that make sure its not to big either. IF it still doesn't work Email one of the admin and they can play with your profile (Y).

Registration for the Halo3 4v4 is now open via the MatchBox360 XL Ticket Office (http://tickets.matchbox360.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=28).

Any teams who registered before 13/12/07 must do so again stating the MatchBox360 username for each player.
Each player must be registered to MatchBox360 & be resident in the UK or Europe to enter.
Any player found not to be registered to MatchBox360 will result in your teams disqualification from the tournament.

Because I'm a noob, how do we know what gametypes we're to play? Do the teams choose, or are they the same for every bracket match?

As it says in the rules the Events team make that choice for u ;), im now uploading the fixtures so keep an eye open for them, they will include the maps and gametypes (Y)

Question:

I know the rules say that if a host isn't good enough then a better one should be found, but what if all 4 players on the home team have the same problem? I'm asuming that the away team can then try to host the games?

Exactly. Halo3 choices best host anyway regardless of home/away team. If you still have lag issues then let us know and we will arrange for a neutral host.
