Throughout 2007 we aim to provide more Xbox 360 games and consoles, so have your say in the poll.

worms doesnt have to be played system link thats the point of it. worms is turn based and thus an amazing arcade game to be played at XL. due to the fact that worms can be played on one xbox360 by two people. same with most xbox arcade games, mortal kombat and SF2 etc.

surely it doesnt have to all be system link for example you could have the person who gets the highest amount of points in half an hour on hexic or something

We were gonna feature arcade games at the last event with pool prizes for the highest score etc but didnt have enough resources. No reason why it cant happen in the future though :cool:

I guess theres no chance of having a ps2 hooked up and a Narutimate Hero 3 competition as it is imo the best fighting game i have played. :p

Anyhow the impossible aside, if i do manage to make it by some miracle to the next event, which i hope is being put back to April time :P I would only really play Halo 2 and perhaps Gears as there would be no host rubbish on Lan. Oh and although i havent played 6 in ages Pro Evo aswell. I really need to sit down and put money aside for this, this time round instead of going on a shopping spree with the money meant for it like last time!!

...and as another game Gotham would be good for a quick blast on Lan as you would get to see peoples reactions when you cut them up :)

It's got to be Rainbow Six Vegas, it is quite possibly one of the best games on lan. No lag = a headshot means a headshot!

Nice to see gears at the top of the poll. Halo 3's not out so i'm not counting that. Only down side to gears is the age limit thingie.. There is alot of mid aged teenagers who would miss out on this..Great news for old folks like me, but its lossing some amazing gamers because they cant buy a pint..

I'm sure the Xbox 360s aren't accessible? It would be nice to pop-in a memory-card to load all your personal tactics for PES6, though, rather than go through the process over and over.

Unless something changes the 360s will be secured but accessible so using your memory cards may be a possibility...and no, they wont be BYOX! :D

I used my memory card at the first XL for my pes tactics.. Only one of the consoles accepted it though as it the wiring seemed a bit random on the pods that we had, so i tried to play on that pod for as many games as possible lol. It just saved time, otherwise i would have been faffing around for ages trying to get it right..

Unfortunatly renegade this will not be possible.. Not for you anyway, you have to use my specially brought pad that has no thumbsticks or d-pad.. Good luck.

Definately Dead or Alive 4.

The competition needs atleast one fighting game, which creates great competitive atmosphere, and since DOA4 is a 360 exclusive, as part of big tournaments WCG and CGS, it should be a must addition to an event boasting to be the Xbox experience of Europe.

thts cos no1s heard of ne of the events. if just a few ppl hear of an event im sure the word will get spread quickly.
