Xtival FIFA08 - Group C Fixtures and Results

Please use this thread to arrange your Xtival FIFA08 Group C fixtures and reports results accordingly. You have until midnight Friday 30th November to play all group fixtures.

You are to play each player in your group twice as part of any one fixture alternating host accordingly.
The host will set up the game and play as the home team.

The Group C players are as follows:

TSF Johnny - Liverpool
plantpot16 - Manchester United
TCS dArKc0r3 - Barcelona
TSF Dayle - Manchester United
automated tiger - Manchester United


Please note: you must remain as the same team for the duration of the tournament.

Please report your results in the following format:

Fixture: player 1 vs player 2
Game 1 Result: 3 - 1
Game 2 Result: 2 - 3

The top 2 players from each group will progress to the knockout stage.

There were two connection disconnects from plantpot in the 1st match - both around the 40th minute... After the 2nd connection disconnect in the 2nd half plantpot16 didn't show up again. I don't know which problems he has, but i have other things to do now, sorry i cant wait anymore...

@ admins... Must we make the 2nd match another time or does this count as a win for me now ?

From the results reported, only the following players were active:

plantpot16
TCS dArKc0r3
TSF Dayle

As it stands, plantpot and darkcore will progress to the knockout stage due to default win awarded to darkcore for the 2nd game vs plantpot. Dayle only received 1pt for a draw against plantpot (all other players were no shows so this does not effect the outcome of the group table).

@ dayle and darkcore - I knew this would be the only group with potential problems. Its basically because you havent played each other and dayle would need to win both matches to qualify. I have seen no clear evidence to suggest that either of you made significant attempts to arrange these games so I'm unable to award default wins to either of you. In the interests of fairness to both players please play your games asap (preferably today) to resolve the situation.

Lol... It's really fair from Dayle i give him the chance to play the match and he... Lol... He was in FIFA online and after i sent him 2 match invitations he started his GoW and doesn't reply to my massage when he wants to play. Thats the way the cup makes fun.

Hang on a minute Dayle...I have tried to accommodate you by giving you the opportunity to play your games and qualify. If you cant arrange a fixture amicably between the pair of you then its your problem...not the fault of this website.

How about you communicate with each other and get it sorted for a start?If you are both available this evening then can you please arrange to play these games?

It isn't possible to arrange a game because Dayle doesn't want to play against me. Yo i deleted you yesterday, cause you annoy me but after i heared that we have to play today i added you again - where is your problem? If you really would want to play against me we would have been played 1 week ago where i invited you many times, yesterday - but oh you have suddenly to go offline, okay no problem or today but ahh you have in that minute i invited you fun to change your game to GoW. And of course i never sent you any massage or invitation, thats right oO

Ok time for some divine intervention...

This fixture is to be played at the set time of Sunday 2nd December at 6:00pm.

I will add you both to my friends list on XBL tomorrow afternoon. If either of you do not accept my friends request or do not appear online by 6:00pm then that person will forfeit and default wins awarded to the other player. I will be online to ensure both of you arrange the game. I dont like having to do this and it is not open for debate.
