This may be a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone of you knows anything about Spanish ISP's?

Such as the procedure, the costs, minimum contracts, speeds, etc.

I've been looking round the net for a while now, but all the info seems to be conflicting. Any help is highly appreciated! :D

I hear that the the Dutch have some of the best ISP'S in terms of connection and speed etc.....
