I finally got Just Cause yesterday. I've wanted it ever since it came out in October (?). It's a great game with amazing graphics, hardly any pop up and it is incredibly BIG! So big that it takes about 20 mins from one end to the map to the other.
This is the map:

The top left bit is the demo area and the pink middle bit is roughly the same area as GTA San Andreas. So it really is just big.
Anyway, as it is a sandbox type game, just like GTA, there are many 'collection items' littered across the map. Picking one up triggers a mission in which there are x-amount to find. All together I'd say there are about a 100 to collect. All over the map.
I've just spent the entire day (since about 9 am this morning) driving/flying/swimming/running/parachuting around the map and pretty much collected all but 10 of them. I absolutely love doing that on sandbox type games.
Does anyone else?
