Newcastle, Spurs, AS Roma, Valencia are a good start for a relatively new player. They aren't rediculously good but in the right hands are deadly.

Haha, fair enough.

Slightly lower down the bracket you've got Lyon, Fiorentina, Villarreal, or Benfica. They have the odd star but can struggle against pace of the big clubs.

As Havok said, Bayern are also quality. Forgot them lol.

i didn't realize how good bayern were tbh before i played with them....toni, ribery, Schweinsteiger, Podolski, klose, van Bommel...to name some!

Good team away from the obvious big teams.

I enjoy playing with Valencia. Defense isnt great but the keeper can make up for it. Also even on random conditions they have 2 keepers better than most others on the game so if one is bad condition you can play the other. Villa is deadly, morientes has great movement and Zigic and Baraja have awesome strength and have great pacy wingers.

Necastle are also very impressive in the right hands. Mainly because of Smith (severly overrated) Martins and Owen.
