Quality is crap. Wireless FTW!
I'd just take it back and get it replaced. Could be either the headset or the cable.

Wouldn't surprise QuickShot with your new found negotiation skills that by taking it back for a replacement you came back with a brand new Bose sound system, and a replacement headset.

Well there might be a problem inside the headset which means it won't accept the charge. So like i said, it could be either.
lol at spin.

Trade it in at Game, get ?10 back for it, put it toward another one, or buy one of those multi volt generic chargers, and find one with the right adapter and voltage, and try and charge it from there, or find a mate who has one and use their charger, failing that stick it on your ear, get a fork hold tight and shove it in the mains ;)
You could always get a multi meter and check the charger to see if its actually working ;)

If you still have the receipt then you should be able to take it back as faulty then
