The DLC for Forza so far sucks. Tracks, dammit, we need more tracks!

Yep I'd rather buy tracks than cars - cars don't really increase the enjoyment of the game, whereas some new tracks would.

Not on the marketplace yet :(

New tracks are in the works, Dan Greenwalt was interviewed on Gamespot this week and spoke about the car pack and that new tracks are coming.

Amen to that. There are sod all tracks in Forza to begin with - not counting the made up crap. We need more real life tracks for sho.

I wouldn't pin your hopes on it mate, attendance was pretty poor when it ran last year, the population is even smaller now and beyond maybe 3 or 4 guys on here I don't think anyone plays it heavily anymore.

Yeah. It's a shame, because it's such a good game, and I dislike PGR4 :(

Im just being kept interested by the weekly Hot lap challenges at the moment. I am not reliable enough to join in race seasons as I just can't be there every week on the same day, just doesn't work out for me unfortunately.

Whilst the Hotlap challenges are obviously Hotlapping and not racing, they are where the competition is right now, the best of the best are all in there competiting.

Will wait to see if these cars are competative, but will probably download them anyway, new cars to play with is always fun.

the problem with the new tracks is finding someone who is hosting the lobby with them, shame they could'nt be added for career so my only choice is just playing by myself with AI drivers. :(

Im not, going through time trials or hotlapping takes bloody long enough as it is! I don't understand the complaint that there aren't enough tracks, I think it has more than enough on it.

Haha that's true.

Being honest, I havn't played Forza for months. I don't know, just doesn't have a serious lasting appeal to me.

im the same, i really liked the game at first and all the features, but the repetitiveness of the tracks started to annoy me in the end and i stopped playing it, not touched it for months, it just doesnt have a lasting appeal.

but then i havent touched mass effect yet which ive had since launch and lego star wars which i picked up for £20 before xmas, im just too busy playing online.

I don't understand the complaint that there aren't enough tracks, I think it has more than enough on it.

It's the quality of the tracks rather than the quantity. Take out all the variants and you are left with 4 or 5 tracks which are actually worth using. Considering that Turn 10 have been to a number of race tracks that arent in the game and taken measurements, Circuit de Catalunya and Circuit de la Sarthe in particular are known to have been visited it is shocking that they aren't out as DLC yet, I think if they don't see the light of day before the middle of April they won't come out at all sadly.

And I still play this game a lot, easily clock in 20+ hours a week, which is hardly surprising considering the team I am in spend a lot of time in prep for the championships we run internally.
