I noticed there was a top 3 360 games thread so i was wondering, what are your top 3 original Xbox games? Mine would have to be:
1. Halo 2
2. XIII
3. Halo 1 :D

Well MM3 was the first game I had for Xbox Live (about to buy my 4th 12 month subscription next week - woot!) and it's was such jeffing fun!!!

The glitches (driving around the wall of the map in Washington, funny). Its a time when you really never got complainers. Its a superb game with plenty of homely memories :)

Sadly getting an online game with it these days, its empty :(...

I know i'm a right BK but I enjoyed it a lot and regret selling it to be honest (needed some money can't remember what for) even if I couldn't finish it on a harder difficulty setting. I did complete DOA Ultimate though which took for ever trying to gain all the costumes, it was actually one of the only games that i've ever took the time to complete by gaining all of the secrets and hidden extras and that game got me into Ninja Gaiden.

Did you get the expansion pack for it and Ninja Gaiden: Black, if so what was the difference compared to the original game?

I definately want to pick up Black at some point to challenge Webleys score again, i actually managed to get a game in a month ago and came pretty close.

As for the camera angles making it hard, yes they didnt help things but they certainly do not relate to the difficulty of the game.

I beg to differ. If you don't see who is attacking you or throwing things at you, it makes it a lot harder to fight....

I only thought that cos Ive only ever seen you play on halo 1 and 2 and XIII. I only have halo 1 and 2 but ive only had an xbox for like 3 months.

1. Battlefield 2: Modern Combat - I was addicted!
2. Ratchet and Clank - I was even more addicted, but bf2 had online
3. Prisoner of War - So underated, I loved this game!

yeah, i got black, but have only played through it once. i had my 360 by then, so i ended up playing ghost recon, pgr3 etc. black is even harder - it's all of the expansion packs rolled into one. it has all of the bosses from the tournaments, new weapons, different creatures to fight and an 'arena' mode, which is 100 (i think) challenges like the fights where you get 100 red dinosaurs to fight in one room. i am planning on going through it again one day - but i don't currently have the time to invest in it.......

i never found the camera angles to be an issue tbh. black gives you camera control on the right joystick, but i never use it.

i'd like ot take a look at ninja gaden sigma on the ps3, which is supposed to be the 'ultimate' ninja gaiden and the game that the developers actually wanted to make.

i'm hanging out for a new one for my 360. an on-line co-op mode would be awesome, don't you think?

Shemue II is an absolutely fantastic game. Shenmue 1 on the Dreamcast was even better. Can't wait for the 3rd installment when it comes out in around 20 years or so...

3. Halo 2 - Well it changed gaming didn't it, i can say i was truely addicted when i had the skillz! I remember gaming until past 7am on those sweaty summer nights of 05 where i couldnt play matchmaking for more than 1 game before facing modders! ARRGH!!!:mad:

Doom 3 - My best memory of this was in Dragonov's Caravan in his backyard, well it was extremely late and everyone apart from my friend Harry went into the house to get things to eat and Harry continued to play. *Leaving Harry All Alone In The Caravan*:D After coming back from the house and silently walking across the backyard we surrounded the carravan and proceeded to bang on the windows. Never have i seen someone so scared in my life!:p Sadly the extremely laggy Xbox Live games didnt make the cut for me and i can definately say buying this game was a kick in the balls!
Rainbow Six Lockdown Not as good as Rainbow Six 3 what else can i say, some people loved it i disliked it.

I dont see how that would help, you would have to be logged in as you and there is a 30 second delay between posts. And, by the time you find your way around all the computers and type stuff, you could have done it on 2 or even one.

Halo IMO isn't really an exciting FPS.... for me there have only been two FPS's that I haven't been able to put down. Perfect Dark on N64 and Timesplitters 2 on the ps2.... Infact I'm still playing timesplitters 2 now....it's the fastest paced one ever made and it's ****ing insane...

My only two problems with TSP2 was the fact that you could only do first to 100 and you couldn't play it online....

Awsome game my friend, the controller is friggin HUGE! the game is freaking solid tho, Steel battalion 2 was online, and still is, but they stoped the online campagine mode. mines in the cupboard collecting dust, until 50 years down the line it emerges, more than its worth now and goes on ebay ;),
