I've watched it again, I'm not sure still. I've never played that version of Mario so I don't know how much you slide, and there's one dodgy moment where he moves left off a platform which certainly looks like the pad/controller was touched a little bit. Still good though.

Yea a lot of people have modded the game like tugs said so there are quite a few of these vids floating about. It's from Super Mario World incase anyone didn't know, which is a class game.

Again it's a modded rom but it was designed to be extremely difficult and it has commentary as well. I thought these were really funny.

You see I was inferring that the entire level was modded, as in it was designed from scratch. Not just 'the gound being given ice properties', which it hasn't.
