Well, I was having this argument with someone and decided to do a bit of research to clarify who out-slags whom.
Sheva v Adriano. Attack: 97 to 91. Defence: 42 to 36. Body Balance: 88 to 97. Stamina: 88 to 84. Top Speed: 86 to 86. Acceleration: 94 to 90. Response: 90 to 81. Agility: 85 to 82. Dribble Accuracy: 84 to 86. Dribble Speed: 85 to 82. S. Pass accuracy: 78 to 70. S. Pass Speed: 80 to 78. L. Pass Accuracy: 76 to 68. L. Pass Speed: 77 to 88. Shot Accuracy: 97 to 86. Shot Power: 90 to 99. Shot Technique: 90 to 89. Free-Kick Accuracy: 79 to 85. Swerve: 75 to 84. Header: 84 to 81. Jump: 86 to 86. Technique: 86 to 88. Aggression: 91 to 92. Mentality: 87 to 67. Team Work: 87 to 68.
All the significant statistics for comparison to the two players are marked in bold. Adriano only has Body Balance and Shot Power to his favour. Add to this the special abilities:
Adriano has (excluding the ones not applied to human-controlled teams) the 'Scoring', 'Post Player', 'Middle Shooting', 'Side', and 'Outside' star. Sheva has all those except the 'Post Player'; plus, the 'Positioning', 'Lines', 'Penalties', and 'One-Touch Pass [first-time shot]' stars.
Sheva is the superior striker, and you'd have to be on some stuff to state in light of all those cited statistics that Adriano is "far far better". If you pass the ball to Sheva inside the box, he's going to score. He has the 'Positioning' and 'lines' star which is great for Strikers, and not too mention the 'One-Touch Pass' star. He has vastly better team-work, which means he'll link up better. He'll last longer with his superior Stamina and Mentality stats, and with his superior speed statistics, he'll always be faster than Adriano. He'll pick up any scraps inside the box with his superior Response stat. And, on the whole, he has better shooting statistics than Adriano.
