The MatchBox360 Rainbow 6 Vegas - 4v4 Champions League sponsored by SwapGame.com (http://www.swapgame.com/) is open for registration and starts on Saturday 15th September!

This competition will follow a Champions League format using the following 3 gametypes:

Team Sharpshooter
Retrieval
Conquest

@ Virtuoz - yeah Euro teams are more than welcome to enter, and you can select uoto 6 players for your squads but obviously only use 4 per match :cool:

It should be something similar to this:

XL rules with Double elimination meaning double elimination this time!!!

TBH Xl rules is pretty unclear since the XL rules were themselves very unclear.

Inclusion of conquest would be good IMO, 3 maps mandatory 1 game of COnquest, retrieval and TSS. Both teams play both spawns each map with the total score from each round being the decider on who wins the map.

Hosting choice goes to highest seeded team? (based on xl MB360 online and offline tournament rankings), or in the event of no seeding a coin toss. Could say one team gets to host first whilst the other gets to choose map and gametype first. That would be fairly fair IMO. The team that hosts first would then pick spawn.

therefore the tournament would look something like this:

Game 1:

Team A=Host + first choice of spawn
Team B=Map choice and Gametype choice

Game 2:

Team A=Map choice and Gametype choice
Team B=Host + first choice of spawn

Game 3:

Team A=Host + first choice of spawn
Team B=Map choice and Gametype choice

Event of a tie maybe a 5 min sharpshooter, 1 round, Team B's host with Team A choosing spawn and map.

As stated in the rules, you have 2 weeks to play the group stage:

GROUP STAGE: 15th - 30th September

Groups will be announced shortly.
