i was gonna, but nowhere had it
Is that 'New Super Mario Bros'? I've been tempted, might grab it in Thailand if it's cheap. I've been battering Mario Kart DS, you have that Spin? Some of those Missions are pissing me off though...
Some of the challenges on mario kart are IMPOSSIBLE to get 2 or 3 stars on. Although I've hardly played it after I completed it so im not very good at it.
Also, get yoshis island over the new super mario bros, more fun and better imo

Nah, yoshis island has a stupid control scheme and isn't as enjoyable to play. The New Super Mario bros. is awesome!
I found the controls fine. Also it's easier and I get bored with mario (I think I got up to the beginning of world 8)

Super Mario Bros is alright, its retro for sure but i do want to get the Mario Cart now, Swap FTW ;)
I know what you mean Dark, some of the missions are rock hard. Though i'm slowly battling my way through them - it's quite rewarding when you manage to pull it off. The ones where you have to powerslide 14 times, and alike are pissing me off. Even the fairly simplistic one with Peach around the oval track, doing 6 slides is highly annoying, i've only managed 2 stars. I was pleased to see after you complete 150cc, it unlocks 150cc mirrored, I thought I was going to be done with Grand Prix, but now I have something new to chew on.
As DS isn't region coded, i'm hoping to find some cheap games in Thailand, I'm flying there on the 25th... I'll have to let you know JUST how cheap, and maybe even bring some home... :)

My brother bought one (well him and his girlfriend bought one to share... <3) and I want one. But, brain training? No, I want ****ing pokemon. Going out today to buy one + pokemon.
Edit: Well I bought one + Pokemon pearl and more brain training. Owned. Quickshot let me own you over wi fi pokemon...
Showing your true age there I see mate? I think everyone should bring their DS' to XL and play some wireless stuff - you know only need one cartridge to play multiplayer on games like Mario Kart DS. Do it!

Meh, either way I'm cooler than you'll ever be. Pokemon isn't just for children you know.
Ye pokemon is the way to go.
Grr on mario kart I would have 3 stars for all of them on the first level except for the bloody mario powerslide thing which I can only get 1 star on no matter how well I do. I think my ranks are star, star, b, a, b, b but i only have a few b's and a's that drag it down

I was considering buying Mario Kart, we'll have to see.
its good but I never play it online.
only reason I started playing it again was because I wenton holiday and its perfect for boring flights/waits
I'll have to check mine again. Since picking up a heap of games in Thailand, i've not played Mario Kart, but I think i've completed the firt 3 mission groups with 3 stars... The powerslide missions break me everytime though, I know what you mean.

I suggest everyone with a DS to bring them to XL, it'll be amazing to play mario kart etc against each other.

I have been a proud DS owner for 23 hours now. :D
Got Hotel Dusk, Phoenix Wright and FF3. Only played Phoenix Wright so far though which is excellent.
Phoenix Wright gets a bit boring near then end but the first 3 cases were really satisfying to complete. Although it was so annoying in one part where I knew exactly what had happened but the game wouldn't let me get it across to the judge. In the end I think i guessed for a while and found a completely random bit of evidence that I didn't need to solve the case. ( I think it was the shooting on the lake one)
i was quite addicted to pokemon diamond when I got it but it got a bit dull after I completed it so i've now ordered Leaf green and saphhire :)
First time I'd played Pokemon since blue so it was quite confusing for ages. Even now I don't know half the pokemon i face types unless its obvious

Sapphire is good, but nothing compared to pearl imo.
****ing nobs.
i got sapphire a few days ago, played it quite a bit and got the first 2 badges.
Then I turn it on this morning and it greets me with a message telling me my game has been deleted for no apparent reason. I cant b bothered to start again either the beginning of the game is too boring

I know how you feel, I hate starting again on sapphire or ruby. :'(
I'm really enjoying Hotel Dusk at the moment. :)

I'm really enjoying Hotel Dusk at the moment. :)
So am I. I like how it utilises the dual screen. Shame that I haven't had much time though.
I realised what happened.
My pokemon diamond is a copy (despite them saying it wasn't when I ordered it) and I accidently went on to it with saphhire in the ds as well. Then there must be something on sapphire which wipes the data if it detects a copied game. So the main reason I got it (so i could put pokemon from it onto diamond) now won't work unless I get a new copy of diamond (which I won't).
Whats hotel dusk about?
