You are to play a best of 5 map series as specified in the Gears of War - Execution 4v4 Champions League Rules (http://www.matchbox360.co.uk/events/rules?event=Gears+Of+War+-+Execution+Champions+League).

All fixtures are to be completed by Sunday 22nd July.

Any team found fielding non-registered players is in breach of the MatchBox360 rules and will subsequently be disqualified. right lads i just played the match against K1ck clan i found found a muti of weapon glitching and spawn camping with lancers but how in the world that we meant to play the game if they use lancers and lancers also when their leader asked them if they were glitching and they acted like they done nothing really really childish team and on canals we caught a player glitch over the sniper bridge in other words jumped off onto a box and torqbow one of our player on a box which u climb on and over all this match is the worst i seen in three years in glitching and cheating also i am very very annoyed and dissapointed and please konspircy can u sort this out because i not having seeing my own team getting knocked out by a team that glitch and cheat over we have losted all the matches because of a pathetic spawn camping and glitching in a major tournament. For many reasons we have lefted halve way through because of this pathetic clan. sorry that i writen this long report.

i am not making any excuses but this game was **** lads,and if made in portugal have any decency they must admit,on one occasion i had my chain saw up and running in the opponents face and it did nothing so he hit me with the sniper and down i went.on another occasion i was chasing the torque bow when he jumped off a platform straight onto the other platform,i stood and watched the lad whilst he was trying to shoot me and even his team mate was watching then he killed me,and i agree with killersam on the lancer thing as this was one of the worst teams i have played,every kill was lancer every shot was lancer,lads cant you use anything else? now i know what the other team in the other match was talking about with just lancers.i cant wait for a u.k only comp so nobody has lag and to actually play a decent team that dont just spawn camp using lancer all the time,

Well, unfortunately I must say that in 6 years of gaming competition I've seen this kind of attitude a handful of times. And believe it or not, no action was taken against me or my team during these 6 years. You know why? Because we didn't do anything wrong.

Weapon glitching? Preposterous accusation. The only glitch we ever did in this entire tournament happened to be in our host on Canals and it was absolutely involuntary, unless someone in the DoW team or any other in this tournament can explain what use is there on being on top of the bloody concrete box in the middle of the water without being able to get down! Very strategic and useful glitching I'd say! After that happened, half the DoW team left without even saying anything. It was 2-0 to K1ck, but we restarted from scratch. We started to play again, and Mr. KILLERSAM left after about a round or two, again without saying anything. That however, happened after a resounding defeat for DoW on their host in the first two maps.

Spawn camping? You must be mad. What use is there of spawn camping? What do you even mean about spawn camping in Gears of War? We played Mansion, Fuel Depot and Canals. The only map where spawn camping has actually any use (if you're a wimp) is in FD where you camp in the hangar if the other team is beating you to a pulp! Congratulations DoW, you didn't resort to that annoying cowardly tactic. Others have.

As for the rest of the accusations they are also completely absurd that I don't even know what to say. Accusing us of using Lancer too much? What kind of an accusation is that? Isn't Lancer a weapon in the game? Should we not use it just because we can kill you with it? Don't you have a Lancer as well? If you don't like it, go play UNO, no Lancers there.

Also, WE acted childish?! Don't make me laugh. After winning the first round and losing 15 in a row, who started to ***** round after round about "Lancer" and "Pistol"? Did we ever reply? Give me a break. Just because you don't speak Portuguese I'm not supposed to talk in my own Language with my teammates as well, because it's rude, but then you call us names and come and insult our integrity in this forum?

Well, let me tell you that apart from apparently having a bigger grasp of the English language than you, I also have a Samsung European Championship 3rd Place Medal in Dead or Alive 4, as well as 2 participations in the World Cyber Games apart from having played in many tournaments in a variety of games throughout the last 6 years or more. Lourenco also played Halo 2 in World Cyber Games and was in XL last year in Halo 2. His team got top 8 in 4v4, top 10 in FFA, and 3rd in 2v2. As for the other two people in my team, they have both been recognized players in the last years on Xbox Live as well as participating in several LAN events such as the local World Cyber Games. Does that speak well enough of our integrity or do you think we accomplished all that by "glitching and spawn camping"?

Unfortunately we won't be going to XL this year, I'd love to play you on LAN. If you're going, just play iG and ***** then. :)

@ DoW - do you have any proof of glitching and/or cheating? As clearly stated in the rules:

19. Any performance of known glitches in the game will be classed as cheating. If you suspect a team to have used glitches, cheats or abusive behaviour, you must provide sufficient evidence of reasonable quality and the appropriate action will be taken.

Using the default starting weapon (ie lancer) is obviously not illegal and is the players personal choice if they wish to pick up or use other weapons. The only reason I can think of you opposing this is that it has been reported that Europe has received a different patch update which makes the Euro lancer stronger, and is one of the reasons why we plan to run seperate UK and Euro tournaments/leagues in future (ie its an inherent fault with the game and not the fault of the players taking part).

As far as the accusations of "spawn camping"...I havent got a clue on how any team would "spawn camp" on a game where you dont respawn. Are you referring to camping as in defending an area of the map?...if so then that is a legitimate straregy and you have to adjust your gameplay and tactics to deal with it.

I will be speaking to players on both teams in due course so please be patient and I will deal with this accordingly.

Well to be honest, I know Laurenco's team and I know they're not one to glitch. You can't complain about 'lancer spawn killing' or whatever, there's nothing wrong with that. If you have evidence of the supposed glitching then please provide it as otherwise you're unlikely to be believed. Other stuff you mentioned is purely lag, portugal to england is always going to have random hiccups. You lost, accept it.

Ok as ive stated before i didnt play in this match, however Sam did private chat me in the middle of the first round and said there was some foul play going on, however i did say to him i wasnt sure what we could do about it without any proof, we dont want to fall out with anyone here as we want to continue to take part in tourny's here and hopfully build up a good rep for being a good but friendly clan, Gaskin i know are clans have had a run in, in the past but any members that were involved in that dispute are gone, i hope there is no continuing gruge and i hope we can have some games in the future :cool: sorry for any disruption

Cheers Mike. I've spoken to Sam n explained the situation. I would like to thank DoW for understanding that without evidence then theres nothing we can do and the as such the result will stand. I dont know any of the K1ck players but I can personally vouch for Lourenco being a top bloke and would hope that his team would not do any cheats as they are obviously god players n dont need to. Unfortunately for DoW its a case of innocent till proven guilty n I thank you again for understanding.

There will be a 3rd place playoff so I hope you guys will continue your sportsmanship and play that game :cool:

ok i decided to forget about it even i quite annoyed but i admit we came third/ 4th but i shall leave this tournament on a high because it my first year as a gow captain and my team done well but next year i hope we don't end up as this year but good luck in the final.

Dogs I wasn't backing up lourenco because of DOW and kHz past, purely because I trust the guy and his team. And that stuff that was explained shows it was a matter of Gears of War having it's random hiccups most of the time. I'm sure we can have some games in the upcoming week if you'd like. Dude, if you're good at the game, it doesn't matter what weapon your opponent uses, you should be able to take them down with any weapon. Don't complain that you got outplayed, just practice and get better. Try to act civil.

Atleast we don't leech the connection. And atleast we don't not get updates so our boomshots and lancers are still powerful. *rolls eyes*
